And the second time you start out as the exile who has the potential to KILL THE FORCE. Pretty big begginings if you ask me. Why cant we start out as a normal person who works their way up to the most important role.
I'm not sure about this at all. In K1 you start out as a random person assigned to a battleship who has no memory - nobody treats you any different until later. In K2, its possible to play as quite an understated character who just wants to stay out the way of things. Why can't we start out as a normal person? Because surely there has to be some reason why a "normal" person can work there way up to being an uber-jedi/sith, else everybody would be doing it.

Though I do agree with DarthZ that the pre-jedi parts of the game are often the most fun.

I want my (and every other) character to be able to jump, climb and crouch.
It would also be a good thing if characters tried to avoid mines on their own, instead of rushing thru them. More behavior options would be good too like droid suport(in K1 there was "droid suport" option, wich made droids use their special weapons and was nowhere to be seen in K2),miner(tries to disable mines),item suport(uses items to heal or boost party members),etc.
Some stronger enemies would be great as well, because in K2 there is no way anyone can kill you, except maybe Traya(and as Jedi Guardian/Weaponmaster I even defeated her with my bare hands!).

This is my idea

1. You should beable to choose out of a mandalorian, iradnian, twi leak, cathar, or become the very first jedi wookie.
2. Than you should be able to choose to be a Assasin, a pirate, or a explorer.
3. Than you can choose your face and clothes.
4. The place that you start out at you should be working with a crime lord and your sent on a mission. (different for each class) And when you get back to your boss you find everyone has been slain, when you see something shiny, you walk over to see what it is and it is a datapad that needs to be plugged into a computer so you plug it into a computer and it shows a person holding a blue lightsabor telling that the crime lord that you worked for was working with the sith and so she had to kill everyone. When the scene was over you hear a noise behind and see the jedi and than something moved by you, it is your best freind and you have to rescue him before the jedi kills him.

Interesting idea - but aren't all those types rather similar? The point about being able to choose soldier, scout, scoundrel etc. was that they all had different strengths, approaches etc. All those types seem to rely on strength and force, not really a lot of choice for the humble gamer.

Simply because Revan's Story needs to be ended.

Heh heh, not everybody wants Revan.

And there are ways to finish Revan's story without actually having them as a playable character, which would, as I've said many times, makes the whole "what they looked like" issue a lot easier for the game designers.

True but I guess I am biased to just want to see him do battle once more. I never felt fullfilled after defeating Malak. Dark or Light. Like his story never truly ended. Seeing him dead would not be enough, Being part of him dieing would be.

Really? But, as I get it the Exile is stronger than Revan. Remember Traya's last words: "You are greater than any I have ever trained". So, why is it so important to see Revan fight? I just wnt to talk to him about everything he did and why he did it.

greatness doesn't naturally come from strength or combat prowess.

I would like to see a "true neutral" prestige class. for those who master the wisdoms and knowledge of both sides.

Because Revan is sorta mystery to people and he's just Freakin' Awsome! :D and about his clothes what if he came back in his old clothes (Darth Revan clothes but he's either light or dark clothes don't matter to your allignment)

I was looking on the internet and I found the top 25 strongest Jedi and Sith and Darth Revan was at #9 on the list but on the sith or Jedi side the Exile wasn't on it. And also Kriea probably never was in a full fledged battle against Revan.....

the characters I want are basically all of them from the two previous games mixed together you already have T3,Canderous/Mandalore,and HK-47 so just pick a few from the others like 3 from Kotor and 3 from Kotor II plus more characters. :D

and what ever happend to Jolee,Juhani,Zaalbar, and Mission they don't explain it in Kotor II or did I just miss it? :o

A class

maybe you could be a piolet and fly ships

jedi operative: a class based mainly on stealth, persuasion, and speed. your combat abilities would consist of a lot of damage to deal, but little to take. disengaging would be easier, bonuses when you are in a party of less than 3.

for everyone who was talking bout Revan and why people want to play him id rather fight him or have him join my party at the end to finish the story
as for classes/characters i would like Mandalore hk-47 and t3-m4 to be the only players that we have used in the other two games to be in the third(only three to be in both 1 and 2- why not have all three of them be in kotor 3) as for new characters i want another mandalorian not yet introduced then i want aliens and 3 jedi but i want the ability to have 15 or so companions and 4 to always be in my party instead of having 2 party members and me i want 4 party members and me

I too would like some more stealth classes but that would require that they remake the stealth system. The stealth system as it is doesnt work very well because the important enemies always know where you are (I am thinking particularly on the Greater Storm Beast on Malachor V in KoTOR II) and when you strike at the enemies you instantly appear and take huge amounts of damage.
