Leaving aside the poverty of my descriptive powers, what led you to that unsavory conclusion?

Aside from it's being too good a line not to use, of course. :D

LOL conforming to the masses Buck? That sounds horrible. Just because its a majority of the people doesn't make it right, that kinda thinking brings Hitlers! The internet is supposed to be a place where you can say anything you want, be whoever you want, WITHOUT SENSORSHIP!!! To be honest you guys really come off as totally power crazed with your ability to delete posts.

Sorry, but I cannot see your logic here at all.

I totally disagree. "You don't have to face other people" doesn't mean you can do/say whatever you like. If everyone (and I mean "everyone" who use internet) have descent coommon sence and hold saying something which *could* offend others, we don't any rules in the first place. Unfortunately, that is not the case, and never will be.
To be honest you guys really come off as totally power crazed with your ability to delete posts.
ROFL :D Yeah right...

Buck created the Speak Your Mind (SYM) forum, because there are some members who enjoy non-topic related posts, or spam. I am having fun with that kind of conversation myself (I hardly post anything game related now :o ). However, I am also well aware that many members are annoyed by those spamming and off topic posts, particularly when they have questions about games and computers.

If you see carefully, the number of regular posters in the SYM is far less than regulars in BG2 or or other gaming forum. It shows GameBanshee is very much the game/RPG site, and not one of those "anything goes" site.

You know what WhiteRabbit?

I really do not understand where you get your logic. I do see some really good intellengent comments that you post. Other times I wonder if you just walk around with a bag over your head and have ear plugs on.

I do take offence calling the Moderators Hitlers
For one thing, they are friends of mine.
Number 2. if you are edited, you must be doing something wrong.
Number 3. I think you should apologize to Buck and the Moderators. If it wasn't for them, all these boards would be a mess.
Number 4. If you have a problem with what they have done or said. PM them or Email them, instead of bi.... grumbling about it in a post.
Number 5. Shut your pie hole you wanker!!! If I was Buck and I saw Hitler in a post, I would be offended. Even though I'm not Buck, I'm still offended. You are nothing but a pimple on societies butt. If you don't like it here then leave.

I apologize for my behavoir, but I think sometimes things need to be said in public.

WhiteRabbit if you have any comments that need to be said to me. Here is my Email address. darkpoet33@hotmail.com I would like to discuss this further.

HAVE A NICE DAY. :)

White Rabbit..I seem to recall asimilar discussion some time ago in the SYN forum. You know this forum has rules and there are reasons for them. Minerva made a good point, if you have a specific question you want answered, 2 pages of spam is going to annoy you. I hardly think the moderators power of deleting posts is comparable to a power hungry dictatorship.
I suggest if you have a problem with a moderator or Buck, take it up with them via pm or email.
