I'll sumbit my 2 coppers worth...

Nippy for divine.
Aegis for the Idio..., er..., uh, Warriors.
Sellsword for Nature.
Weasel for Rogues. (Am I the only one who would have voted Weasel for this position even if he was playing a paladin?)
And, for the highly coveted Magi Wing leadership position... mike's fine by me! (now that I'm no longer in the buisness of ridding the world of mages)

What does this leadership concern is it nothing more than a title or does it come with a responsibility like keeping the wing together by sending e-mails, updates and info? I like to know before I vote if given the chance again.
I could see the great coolness of having a "leader" that would take the responsibility of keeping the wing together, with updates from NWN, discussions, sending pictures, links and small files even make sites on the wing and maybe a little healthy competition on witch of the wings are doing best (all this goes for the members of the wing too so the leader wont die before age ;) )
All could make a hotmail for this purpose to make it easier (like Garcia_Tolkien@hotmail.com)
How much you want to participate is up to
Each member but the you participate the higher the rank and the more respect.
Depending how the wing/leader is doing the leader will stay or a new one will be chosen. (Vote once a month or something like that)

Just a thought.

Any comments?

Okay - I've updated the site with the ranks for the 5 guild-leaders. I've used the ranks
(Great Druid/Chosen Paladin/High Wizard/Warlord/Shadow Master) at this time.

@Garcia: you are right that we need to figure out much of the administrative duties and how one progresses in the ranks of the guild.

Firstly though I'd like us to figure out - how many ranks the guild should have, what the ranknames should be and if they should be class or wing or guild-wise
(ei.
class: fighters, barbarians and monk each gets their own,
wing: warrior wing has one rank list for all members,
guild: ranks withing the guild are called the same, you are just part of a different wing
)

((am I making sence or am I rambeling to much :D ))

EDIT: maybe we should start a poll about this

Hey guys. I agree that we need to determine what level of involvement everyone should have. I'll do my best to keep my Mages in line. :)
"Think on this, arrogant mageling: even the mightiest archmage has no spells strong enough to let him cheat death. Some take the road of lichdom... a living death. The rest of us find graves, and our dust is no grander than that of the next man. So when next you lord it over some farmer with your fireballs, remember: we all master spells enough to die"

Ithil Sprandorn, Lord Mage of Saskar, said to prisoner wizard Thorstel

  Get my excuse list in order.

1. I told him/her not to do that.
2. He/she just was trying out his knife.
3. Are you sure it was him/her.
4. Yes he is a bad boy/girl.
5. There was a delay in the thread of time and he/she miss judged the effects it would have on said being burn to a crisp.

Well one could always put up a generic world with ramdom spawning of monsters - but for it to be fun it will requier an enormous work.
It be easier to see if we could get into one of the projects that will run a persitant world - or simply just adventure in modules instead.
