Claudius is right with the feat description. The best you can get with two weapons is a -2 to hit on each weapon.

The penalty for two weapon fighting is even higher without the feat.
-4 and -2 are the values if you have the feats. You trade that in order to get a high BAB attack and then the subsequent attacks with the other feats.

He should show up as soon as you get the combination right and start to enter the vault room. At that point he shows himself, attacks, and you kill him. There is a little "cut-scene" with Neeshka, and Leldon at Leldon's death and that's the end of it.
The Neeshka/Leldon encounters should progress like this:
1. Attacked near the "Watch" headquarters in the Docks district,
2. Attacked the first time you enter the Merchant's district,
3. Steal the Coin quest in the Merchant's district house (info. from Ophelia at the Moonstone Mask),
4. Leldon sends someone to Neeshka when she is in your party as soon as you step out of the Inn. Mentions a meet and greet at night in the park in the Merchant's district. Leldon meets there, you fight, he slips out before being killed and THEN you get the "this is not the last you've seen of Leldon" message.
5. Leldon sends a girl to Neeshka when she is in your party as soon as you step out of the Inn again AND have access to the Blacklake district. Here you get the "Collector" quest. (..actually he sends a girl out even if she isn't in your party, but she won't deliver the message without Neeshka in your party.)
6. Rob the Collector's vault and Leldon shows up (and you kill him). Neeshka should be there at the time..
-the end.
Note sometimes I don't get #4 because I don't use Neeshka that often (and the sequence is based on leaving the Inn), with the "Knock" spell rod purchased from Gretta in the Docks (..which open's locks even if it doesn't do anything about traps - and for that I just take the damage and then rest).
I see.
I went, for the second or third time, to the collectors mansion. I search everyting, and ofc the vault. I was also talking to Ophela in the Inn, but that gave nothing. Also, all the servants in the mansion are there on the first floor, if that have anything to do with the quest.
Dont get it what´s wrong, a little annoyed that i cant finish this.
With regards,
Jeh

If you've gotten into the vault then it's basically finished - even if Leldon didn't show. Oh well, it's not an important quest - even if it is aggravating.
My concern is that if that's screwed-up, then I wonder what's next..

I've tried everything, it's not working. Do not understand what the problem is .. tried to google but i dont find any answers.
Have another question:
I have NWN-Complete edt, that includes SoZ, MoB etc. Right now i am at the beginning of act 3 in the OC, what happens then when I'm done with act 3? :S Will my char and the rest of the party continue or what? Also, when i start the game it says SoZ as the titel-meny. Im a little confused.
Cheers,
Jeh

The title screen always shows the most recent expansion installed. Since SoZ is the last one, it will show that on the title screen. Nothing to worry about.
I don't recall if the game ends with Chapter 3 or 4, but the ending is very clear. Afterwards, you can start MoB with your main character.

But ONLY if you've exported it before the final, final, battle! (..which is really pretty weird.)

-end of chapter 3 is the end of the OC..
As for how MOTB starts-off - now THAT would be a spoiler.
I'll give you a modest spoiler though: Only worn equipment EXCEPT weapons transfers with your character.

Ok, atm im gaining alliances to fight the evil king. Thats the end? Damn its soon over, i just started ac 3.
1. So i can continue with my main char to MoT, but only without:
A.Wepons
B. The rest of the party ?
2. Also, i need to export my char before ending OC Act 3? And how?

It's not all alliances.. Khelgar's quests (specifically a certain hot mountain) should add-in a fair bit as well (..in addition to the alliances). There is also a fair bit of undead killing to do before entering the King of Shadow's domain.
1. No weapons..
2. Left click on your lower left menu button and look over the options. The final battle has several "stages" to it. 4 to be exact. It's right before the final 4th stage that the character should be exported (unless of course your character has already "hit" the level/xp cap - in which case you can do it at any time once you have done that).

Now, now - did I say you would loose your party?
MOTB has it's own thing - it's much darker, cynical and witty, and over-all more mature than the OC. I tend to like the OC better, BUT after a bit I also enjoyed MOTB (..and many-times over).
If the OC has more "heart", then MOTB has more "soul". ..you'll see what I mean.

(..and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as the OC, but it might take a bit to "warm up to it".)

Thanks for those words, and the analysis! Sounds very interesting!
How many minutes do MoT compared to OC? Roughly speaking, longer / shorter?

No, it's not so important. As you say, it's basically finished.
But I want to "get away" all quests and clear them. Same thing with that spider who want food, I dont have these insects any more.. If I remember correctly it was one guy in west harbor that needed them for something (?)

MotB is about 1/2 to 2/3 the length of the OC.

Hellu,
I need to know how this works, it is
common with
chaotic and
evil among the enemy? Does it have to be both
chaotic and
evil together, or does the dmg-bonus work separately? Could it even be 2D6 + 2D6 at the same time maybe?
It's pretty good bonus damage..

It's against Evil enemies and against Chaotic enemies. Over half of the enemies are Evil, probably. And it should stack against Chaotic Evil enemies.
