You can go to the mindflayer dungeon before entering the drow city, clear it out (taking as long as you like) and proudly present the matron mother with the elder brain blood as soon as she asks for it later on.

Kopywrite: Well, ofcourse you can do that. But the question was which battle you thought was the hardest. The Mindflayer battle definitly is if you are under the 3 day timepressure.
-I do not ask for much....

Just worlddomination, chicks and immortality.

I did not think the Mindflayer Dungeon was that hard, of course by the time I had gotten there, I had already cleared out all the mindflayers in the Cleric quest, so after that they were fairly easy, simple really just send in swarms after swarms of skeletons, and use ranged attacks on them. Or use the geography to your advantage, and lure them into a trap, either way it was not to hard, but mindflayers were very hard in the beginning, you have no idea how many times I had to reload before I finally was able to beat them.

I found the drow the most irritating when I finally reached them, because they always used to summon those darn nishuru, and my magical items were being lost, not fatal but irritating.
I care not for endings or beginnings, but for the eternal and infinite spaces of the universe, and for the endless exploration of eternity, and mysteries which I will find plumbing the infinite depths.

"Do not turn inward to find peace and wisdom, turn outward instead to find liberation from the narrow boundaries of self", quote from Gary Paul Nabhan, paraphrased of course

"When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that something is possible, he is almost certainly right. When he states that something is impossible, he is very probably wrong" quote from Arthur C. Clarke, thought it was interesting.

Tips on living longer: eat right, exercise, and yes castrate yourself, eunuchs live longer then normal people.
