*Update from Viv's suitcase*
barely 2 hours, and already I am running out of air. Am forced to poke breathing holes in the suitcase to sustain life. Hunger setting in. Good thing I remembered to bring provisions. Figured any meat would spoil, so I packed only bread and lettuce. Not the best of plans given the circumstances. The dog in the travelling cage next to me has escaped, and seeing the look in his eye, it seems lettuce has a scent that sceams tree. I now can confirm that the dog must have been on a liquid only diet for the past week. luckily, my eyes have stopped stinging. However, my lunch has been rendered unconsumable. Will have to scavange. However, film is still safe.

*Vivs log, Vancouver Date 4:21 pacific time. Have lost my suitcase at the airport, perhaps I should have labelled it. I only hope the guinea pigs survive, I was planning them as a surprise for DW.
In all other ways, things have gone wonderfully here in Canada! I had a run in with customs as I'm only staying one day, also the 'lady' there insisted I show 'her' DW's address and phone numbers. I assume because she thinks red heads must be terrorists.
I must admit it's just beautiful here! Water and sand and good company! We've been to this beachplace where other Canadians frolicked, I took notes so I may act like them. Apparently I'll need to get a small dog.
Of course having been to a beach I'm told it is de rigeur to wear a sarong just like DW. We've decided that we must now dance around a may pole somewhere while eating our luscious and juicy cherries. (I almost wish I were lying) Thus, we've decided to start a cult.
It doesn't really have a reason, but we do have the first two tenants of our faith.
A. We must dedicate ourselves to uninhibited happiness.
B. Men must be in loin cloths, while clothing is optional for women.
