Hiya everyone.
Since I've had no real games to play, I've actually been READING!

Best books lately:

China Mieville's Perdido Street Station. Really weird fantasy novel, not the usual stuff, highly original. Just got the sequel, The Scar, but haven't started it yet.

Philip Pullman's The Golden Compass & The Subtle Knife. I still have to read the final book of the trilogy, The Amber Spyglass, which I am really looking forward to. Don't let the fact that they market this trilogy to children put you off--it's the best fantasy I've read in years. BTW, I got a kick out of going to B&N and hanging out in the kids section, then looking for a computer gaming magazine and finding that they had sectioned it off for teens. Still a kid at heart...

Just received Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever today, since so many SYMers have recommended it, I thought I'd check it out. It's a HUGE book!

Hi BS! Hi Weasel too. I've missed everybody. This is just one of those critical periods for my business, and I have had to totally focus on that.

I wish I could (well, I could, but it'd be lying). :o
I identify almost exclusively with my mother's side of my family... :D
