That one's easy: the same person who lives in a palace with airbrushed artwork and mirrored ceilings designed by Weasel. This fascination of Hussein's for Weasel's artistic oeuvre is probably very symptomatic of his sociopathic problems; either that, or it was actually the cause of 'em.

There’s a breaking story on CNN now. US special forces have detained one Medulla El Longata in the city of Tikrit. Longata was found with 2 battery powered phalluses, 6 lengths of Tai jelly beads, and a 6 liter enema bottle. A pentagon spokesman stated that this was “the most compelling evidence of weapons of ass destruction to date.”
In Baghdad, Saddam’s regime has once again been found using civilians as shields. This time, an elementary school had to be bombed when local resident assured marines in broken English that “tools of maths instruction” were definitely inside. White house official have called the operation a resounding success.
