I was vegetarian for quite a while before I met him. Then he told me eating a bit of meat every now and then could improve my health. So I haven't looked back!

So I understand...I think I will go with a mulit vit pack and a pint of the Auld Black and hope

Yes, I find *many* opportunties through out the day to ingest Gruntboy at meal times...

I bet, it is important for energy levels to keep up the nourishment.
BTW, we should get together again soon, and enjoy those pubs by the river that the weather didn't allow us to last time. In the current context of conversation, though, I will be on a diet
