closing the deal
Did it the same way with both female and male PC, same comments but different results, so far twice with females with negative results and once with male with positive results. I am trying a male soldier this time around and so far, still on Taris, he is not too good at persuading as scoundrel and scouts are.
Anyways, thanks for your advice.

my ideal lightsider
my ideal lightsider was a scout5consular 15 (altough scout 5 was a mistake scout 4 is better). Malak couldnt touch him. My starting stats were 8 str - 16 dex- 14 con - 10 int - 16 wis- 10 char
and I put all further attributes into wis. With a lightsaber you have a very good to hit (using gordulan reaction system (4 dex), combat sensor(2 dex), karakan gauntlets(1 dex 3 saves) and adrenaline stimulator (3 dex))and also a very good defense of 28 base by the endgame. I invested in force points in: Master Valor, Master Speed, Stasis Field, Force Breach, Force Cure( heal if you want to), Force Whirlwind, Plague. Why plague? I wanted to be able to bring down even the strongest enemy without sweating. Plague does that. It lowers 12 points from all attributes (1 per second) until the opponent cures himself, and they dont. This made Malak puny, and when I slapped on Master Valor he couldnt save two powers in a row, so I just whirlwinded him to death. When he could finally get back to the floor he was dead. It was really easy. Even more so because plague slows him down meaning that you can walk around slowly and he will never reach you, ever. The slowing and attribute lowering effects both last until malak cures himself which is never. So he wont hit you. Its the build I had most fun with, and really effective and fun to use.
Finishing equipment: Star Forge robes, Karakan gauntlets, combat sensor, adrenaline stimulator, gordulan reaction system, double bladed solari upari.
All this was for the xbox version, and there are some very good items in the PC which will make things even easier. I myself never played the PC version but I saw some Yavin items and the circle of saresh alone makes me want to have it. I think that wisdom enhancing items were too scarce in the xbox. (star forge robes, qel-droma robes) The cirle of Saresh is recommended for this build.
