Again, through intense (and somewhat boring) in-game testing I've discovered that the Doom spell IS cumulative with it self and also with Greater Malison,so theoretically,by casting multiple Doom spells you could get a dragon's saving throws up to 20 :)

Thankyou, aVENGER2k. I thought it must be. This makes Doom a very powerful low-level spell, at least against single foes. Another powerful lvl 1 cleric spell: Armor of Faith, also cumulative. I don't even memorize Cure Lt. Wounds anymore. :)

Just remembered...if you have a Cleric/Mage in your party (i.e. Aerie) you can stack 2 or 3 Doom spels in a (Minor) Spell Sequencer,so using this strat, after the lower res,and with one Greater Malison, you can instantly lower someone's saving throws by 14 !!!
@Rail AoF is also cumulate!?Cool!!!Reminds me of the good old times in BG1 when my Paladin could get an AC of -16 or something simply by stacking multiple Prot. From Evil spells on himself,to bad they changed that in BG2 :(

Another spell that is culmative is blur... However I think using spells like this that stack takes the fun out of fighting things. Im gonna add a global Timer to baldur.bcs so only one of the spells (Blur, Aof,) can be cast per person and see if Kevin will list it as a bug fix as im sure Bioware just overlooked this in development. As to the doom spell, I dont think there is anything I can do about it stacking, however I will take a look at it and see.

Simple, use Keldorn ( if you have him). He'll dispel any protections and then stomp its ass. Have mages cast spells like a flea on crack and some low level monsters to be the dragons chew toys.
