You've just handled some business in Ahemmussa camp, but now you're pressed for time & have to get to odai plateau southwest of Balmora ASAP. You only have cash for one silt/boat/mage's guild trip, but you know both intervention spells & have the magicka to use them. What is the fastest way to get there? (note: there are two ways that might be equally fast, depending on how fast your character is & how fast your xbox/pc loads...)
The coc cheat comes to mind immediately, but the fastest way is probably to use a divine intervention scroll to wolverine hall, mages guild teleport to balmora, then use the scroll of windform (levitate 500 pts) to fly to the destination.

you beat me to it... but if you can afford windform you can afford more than one boat trip. would the other way be to almsivi yourself to ald rhun and take the stilt rider?

I dont know... I said stilt rider becuase its 'fastest time' and the stilt rider is 2 seconds closer to the gate to odai plateau... either way really.
