I've tried spiking my hair the length it is now... Didn't work. Hehe. When I was younger, I went to a Halloween Festival as Pippi Longstocking. My mom braided my hair and then put hangers in it so it stuck out straight from my ears.
You have to use a bar of soap. and a bit of water. and lots of soap
that works, either that or wood glue, if you want more permanence
Have fun getting it cut/streaked

if you're planning on copping it to your sholders, thats a good lot of hair you'll lose... i'd say not all the way there maybe, half way in between where it is and your sholders... thats is just an idea thou... do what you will
