I only have time for a quick answer, and this was the first name I connected with something.

[QUOTE=Yeltsu]1: Name (handle, nickname, username etc..)

5: What does your name mean? does it have several meanings? Is there a story behind it? Or is it just "cool"?
6: Do you have several names? If so, why?
7: How would you react if you wanted to register an account somewhere, and found out that someone had had already taken "your" name?
8: Anything specific you'd like to add?

1. TonyMontana1638
2. USA
3. 18
4. Current College Undergrad
5. Taken from the movie Scarface, Tony Montana was the coke-snorting, people-shooting protagonist. It's just cool  .
6. Yes, just because I like variety. All end in '1638' and all are the names (or slight variants of the names) of 'cult' or 'pulp' figures.
7. I'd use another one. ;)
8. Teacherperson- Give Yeltsu an 'A' or I might spew alot of threatening, cliched catchphrases.

9. Note: I don't mean to give any offense by these opinions, they are just of names not of the actual personalities to whom they refer.

1. Yup, sounds like "bad sun" in french.
2. Sophomore?
3. Possiblky a playoff of somebody's real name.
4. Picturing a silver dragon...
5. A covert mission operation name or the name of something militant: a fighter plane, a gun or something.
6. I'm tired. Looks lke 'snooze'.
7. Thinking of the old, racial term "Moor" implying dark skin. Think Shakespeare's Othello.

so if you want tony, you could edit your post, or post again now that i edited my post.

1. Someone who want a feminine sounding name that sounds like a real name. Maybe a goth girl who likes black lace, spends hours in front of the mirror and like to think that she is sooo cute and sooo special.

2. The sleep bearer? Sounds like something from a novel or movie. If the person constructed the name him/herself based on the meaning, I like it.

3. Also sounds like a person from a movie or novel or game. Nothing special, sounds Dutch.

4. Very young RPG-geek who sits at home in front of his computer, wishing life was more exciting "like in the RPG-games".

5. Very young RPG-geek who wants to create a "mysterious" image of him- or herself. The kind of person who would say with teatrical, shivering voice "I'm a witch, you know", waiting for others to be impressed.

6. Sounds like the name of someones pet hamster. A 12-year old who still thinks the letter "Z" and "leet" is cool.

7. A dyslectic relative of Othello? Means "mother" in Swedish too. Not a very good name to me, since it is an existing substantive in both English and Swedish.

1: Venom
2: Australia
3: 15
4: Second last year of high school
5: "cool". I needed a name when playing a game, I thought of Venom. Then it looks even better if I do VeNoM.
6: Mainly this one, though if a word sounds good, I'll do a variation on that.
7: I would add dj to the front. Dj because they are my initials (I have no disc jockey skills, and not sure I want some  )If all variations of that were taken, then Kron (thanks to the RPG thread), and if that was gone, I'd hack into the server, delete those usernames, then sign up :p .
8: Don't spit into the wind.

1. Malsolle - Sounds like a cheap store, reminds me of Silly Sollys, which was a cheap store :D .
2. Somnophore - Sounds like someone wanted to invent a word, but didn't realise it sounded weird
3. Maxhavelaar - Sounds like that a man (or possibly woman  ) called Max has laar... whatever laar may be.
4. Wisedragon - Sounds like a not so wise member of the reptilian family... or basically, a younger member.
5. Nightfalcon - Someone didn't pass creativity lessons. Just because two words sound good, doesn't mean putting them together will make it work.
6. Z00ze - Deserves a punch in the head. I. Hate. LEET!
7. Mor - Broken 'e' button on the keyboard? Or trying to be a non-conformist in a really, really pathetic way.
In memorian: Fiona; Ravager; Lestat; Phreddie; and all of those from the 1500 incident. Lest we forget.

1: Ode to a Grasshopper
2: Australia
3: 22
4: 4th year university student
5: Based on a Doors line from the live version of 'The End'.
6: Yep. Mr Spanky was a martial-arts-esque custom character I made for a wrestling game one of my cousins used to have, seeing as playing it 'properly' was boring and I got better results just beating opponents up. Used to drive my cousin nuts. I use it because I can't remember my original password anymore, or my 'das_hermit' password either. Of all of them, Ode to a Grasshopper is my preferred nomer, but a several years long drug habit I've only just kicked put paid to that, hence the sig.
7: I have a few names I don't mind using, but Ode to a Grasshopper isn't too common so it's rare.
8: Don't use drugs unless you're okay with forgetting your password...

EDIT-well, too late. Doesnae matter.
