As far as I know, there isn't a neutral plate helm, and I don't beleive it is possible to get the neutral wizard hat without modding

how do you find the file because I haven't edited my game a bit
P:S would you be able to change weapon power because it would be really wicked when the guild master gives you the Iron Longsword for training that it's as powerfull as the Solus Greatsword(which I love)

1-2: You can't change weapon power, at least, the people who are working on making it possible haven't found out how yet.
3: I'm trying to figure out a way to host it on a website, but you would just place it in your fable folder on your C: (or wherever you installed it). The path for me, for example, is C:\Program Files\
Fable-The Lost Chapters\data\Levels
The part in bold is the path in your fable folder, should be the same for everyone. In there, there's a file called FinalAlbion.wad. You'd rename it for w/e, just don't delete it. My mod should be placed in that folder, and renamed to FinalAlbion.wad.

By unedited, I mean one that you haven't modded. LostBay.tng is a part of FinalAlbion.wad, if you've ever used FableTool, you'll know what I mean. The reason I need it so bad, is because I wanted to place the Avenger somewhere else, and I accidently lost the name for it. LostBay.tng has all the info for everything in the actual Lost Bay level, which is why I need it.
I'm currently doing some final testing before releasing it, please check my first post for the details.

so if its part of FinalAlbion.wad,how do we post it?
couldnt we simply post the whole FinalAlbion.wad with the unedited file in it?

FinalAlbion.wad is too large to post here, I'm trying to see if I can upload it on some sites I know. For that question about StuffIt, I've never heard of that site, could you post a link to it?
As soon as I get over this cold, I'll figure out a way of posting the mod.

Stuff it is not a website, it is some sort of program that everything I try to DL tries to go to, but my trial ran up a while ago. (Not a virus, is a liscensed and clean product.) I guess I could try saving it to something else.

his only adding stuff thats in the game,but didnt come out on the final version,and i dont think thats in the game.

Frankly, I could release the mod now, I just don't know how to make it available to you guys yet. I knew of some hosting sites, but they won't accept this filetype, but I'll figure something out.
I just got over the flu, so I'll double check a few things before it should be completely officially done. It will only have the weapons included in my first post, but there are some other interesting items I've heard of I'd like to add into a later version, like new trophies and such.
As for Thunder's armor, it doesn't actually exist, I beleive it's a part of Thunder's character, but there are people who have been able to import new models into the game, and I think they were planning on making some NPC armor's for the player to wear.

info about whispers staff:
the chest you find it in is against the wall pointing in the other direction,so when i opened the chest i gliched through the wall(but could walk out).
and when i sheave it i cant move at all!
i can only move again after i unsheave it.
and why is it called a scimitar?

Ok, about the staff, I don't think there are any staffs in the game you are supposed to be able to get, so I guess it's normal that there are some problems that occur then you use a staff. About it being called a scimitar, I know that lots of the NPC's weapons are called scimitar, I beleive the Summoner's sword is even called that

Ok, about his staff appearing after that point in time, I've been trying to get chestts to appear at sertain times, there are areas in a levels file that contain things that only show up before, during, or after quests, but whenever I place something in there, it won't show up!
