I can a name a couple of good D&D games:
"Gold Box" series featuring the original Pool of Radiance.
Eye of the Beholder Trilogy, etc.
The best is however the original PoR game.
I remember that e-mail incident with Mr. Sleep. He made sure that the people at GameBanshee got loads of mail, saying that his messages for him were undeliverable.
Mr. Sleep,
It is not really fair to ask questions without introducing yourself is it?

I apologised profusely (and still do) for that email problem, i have made changes so it does not happen again.
Thankyou for answering my questions about D&D, Black Isle really did revolutionaise the RPG platform and i wonder if Infogrames will stick with them or decide to try to revolutionise things themselves.
I'd have to get drunk every night and talk about virility...And those Pink elephants I'd see.
They could use Black Isle, but that means that they would have to do business with Interplay. Infogrames could also try to get Bioware to start working for them.
Black Isle = department of Interplay
Bioware = independent
I think that the D&D license is to grand to sustain serious damage. It somehow managed to survive titles such as Descent into Undermountain, Blood and Magic, and birthright, so it safe to assume that it will survive Infogrames as well.
