sorry guys for getting off topic, BUT i have to say i am very pleased to discover that i am not the only 30-something playing Baldur's Gate 2... it's good that there are chicks as well... :speech:

Geez, can't a guy drop off some acorns without getting dragged into a seriously dangerous dungeon scenario??? It seemed like such a straight-forward quest at the time.
UPDATE: Ya,...I really loving this game and revel in the joy that most of the content has yet to be revealed.
PS. I have a couple of newb-type questions if someone wouldn't mind.
1. Why is STR sometimes expressed as a fraction? WTF does 18/77 or 18/93 mean???
2. I understand that certain magical items can be recharged but I have yet to find a source or vendor for this. Am I missing something or should I just remain patient and wait for a 'source' to emerge as the game progresses??

RPG Guy, if you wouldn't mind, please start up a new thread to ask questions about the game--and be sure to check the forum using search, first. This thread is about your asking people for their opinions of the game, and as it's finished, I'll close it now.
