How about CE minor?

The ultrasound doctor said it seemed to be a boy judging from its' behaviour, becuse it's well studies that male fetuses are more moving around considerably more than female fetuses in this time period. But then she couldn't see any male genitala but something that looked like female genitala, so it seems the fetus is so far living up to the stereotype Swedish androgynous behaviourdragon wench wrote:And here I thought you didn't like to promote stereotypes![]()
There's a thin line between stereotypes and hard facts.:mischief: :laugh:dragon wench wrote:And here I thought you didn't like to promote stereotypes![]()
She doesn't live in Sweden. She goes there for dinner sometimes, but mostly she's living in sciencelab-land.Moonbiter wrote: @CE: Have you checked out my "Misconceptions.." thread since you got back? I thought you might have a thing or two to say about Sweden...![]()
So, they don't serve dinner in sciencelab-land? That's good for you, I suppose...Silur wrote:She doesn't live in Sweden. She goes there for dinner sometimes, but mostly she's living in sciencelab-land.
If your baby is female and you'd like a name that suits with a spear, I suggest you put Athena on your list, too.Silur wrote:Boadicea is definitely on my list. I'm going to make her a nice spear too.![]()
Trust me, if you name your daughter Boadicea she will come after you with a shotgun, not a spear. I grew up being the only one in Norway with my name in the 70s and early 80s, and there was times when I wanted to murder my parents.Silur wrote:She doesn't live in Sweden. Athena is nice, but she's a mythology figure. Boadicea was a historical figure, and boy did she kick some serious opressor behinds! I wonder if my wife would do the same, were I killed by invaders...Andurbal wrote: If your baby is female and you'd like a name that suits with a spear, I suggest you put Athena on your list, too.
This is a matter of opinion. To her worshippers, she's no doubt real enough. Really, you should be more sensitive in these matters. Especially if you don't want to end up with an arrow in a place where the moon don't shine.Silur wrote:Athena is nice, but she's a mythology figure.
No, but CE would probably logic them to death.Boadicea was a historical figure, and boy did she kick some serious opressor behinds! I wonder if my wife would do the same, were I killed by invaders...
I've worn out my PC. From now on, I wish to be a standing candidate for the job as GB jester - the only person allowed to speak the truth, no matter how uncomfortable, and get away with it. Well... at least most of the time. Some jesters have been known to loose their heads so they lost their heads.fable wrote:This is a matter of opinion. To her worshippers, she's no doubt real enough. Quite probably, and I wonder if being pierced by a spear isn't to be preferred. With modern medicine, you have a better chance of survival. No, but CE would probably logic them to death.![]()
I think parasite works fine, even though on bad days I think CE would go to "Abschaum" or worse. I'm at loss why anyone would subject themselves to the agony of childbearing more than once. The first time I can understand, considering the massive amounts of positive disinformation we get shoved down our throats, but that usually wears off from personal experience. Could also be that CE isn't producing enough of the heavy drugs your system is supposed to keep you high on.How about Whore of Babylon? As a name for your unborn, I mean. That's bound to get attention. Or, for those German users who are more secular, what about Abschaum der Menschheit?
If you'd like, we can all petition Buck to grant you that position. But I'm sure the duties would be onerous and time-consuming. Are you certain you will have the acuity and balance for the task?Silur wrote:I've worn out my PC. Maybe name the child after a hotel chain they frequent, and an exotic city? Perhaps Hilton Paris?Maharlika wrote:Seeing that the spouses travel around the globe...
...how about something exotic as Shangri-la or Khartoum, perhaps? *shrugs*
Now that you mentioned it, fabster, I'd rather have Waldorf if it's a boy and Astoria if it's a girl.fable wrote:Maybe name the child after a hotel chain they frequent, and an exotic city? Perhaps Hilton Paris?
Fair enough.Maharlika wrote:Now that you mentioned it, fabster, I'd rather have Waldorf if it's a boy and Astoria if it's a girl.
C'mon, at least give the little worm some class.![]()

I think CE told me they were midway. That still gives us plenty of time to decide on the name of their child.Brink wrote:@fable - Not too bad, been busy with the working and the studying and the gaming...![]()
Anyway, hope you don't mind answering this for me (seeing as how out-of-date I am), but any idea on when the baby is(was?) due?
