I'm trying to keep on the pace, Sleepy. Let's hope I could earn more next month so I can spam more :) DAMN those phone bill just rising again. But I'm back for sure - Fear the SPAM and the Flame ! :)

Besides my flirting thingy takes some of my spam time :D :D :D

Gundam Wing is a Mecha anime which story is different from original Gundam. Gundam have lots of Anime, I think the current one is Gundam X. You can try search the internet for lots of Gundam info since they're classic and got a good story - It's kinda long to write them here, sorry for the minimum info. But i'll try to summarise if I can later :)

PS : See ya later. For now :)

I've only seen a few eps of Mobile Suit Gundam, but I've seen all of Gundam Wing and I have Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz on DVD. IMO, GundamW and EW are better than the other Gundam series. I would like to see Mobile Fighter G Gundam, though.

A few good animes that I haven't seen listed yet:
Sailor Moon R
Sailor Moon S
Sailor Moon SuperS
Sailor Stars(I wish it would get dubbed!)
Dragonball(This is the first anime I ever saw; Speed Racer and Transformers are the second and third, I think)
DragonballZ
Project A-ko(various movies)
Galaxy Express 999
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Dominion Tank Police 1&2
Martian Wars(Not sure about the name of this one, I used to watch Saturday Anime all the time on Sci-Fi until they stopped showing it :( )
Gal Force: Eternal Story
Perfect Teacher(or something like that, it's been a while since I saw it; I'm not quite sure what it's called; it's got a very strong girl and a ****roachman.)

I can't remember any others at the moment.

BTW, there are some cgi anime. Beast Wars: Transformers and Beast Machines are examples. I think Reboot is an example of that, too; but I'm not certain.

Whew, I've just seen Dragonball, Dragonball Z(both those dubbed), and Mobile Suit Gundam, and a few other ones dealing with the 1 year war.

I've seen the first 3 or 4 eps(however many were on the DVD). I loved it. I'd like to see more of it if there is anymore. The "local" blockbuster(in the next town) has started carrying some anime DVDs to rent, but there selection is still very limited.

That reminds me of another good anime. "Nightwalkers" Anyone seen that?

For those Dragon Ball lovers, the saga contains :
1. Dragon Ball - IIRC it's the story when Goku still small and some main chars introduction
2. Dragon Ball Z - the Saiya-Jin saga; I love those Gotenks thingy :D :D
3. Dragon Ball GT - The Final saga of DB series.

I've only seen the DB and DBZ series, though not all of DBZ. DB has Goku, Krillin, Bulma, Master Roshi(sp?), Yamcha, Piccolo, that cat and pig. I don't remember if Tien and Chousu(sp?) are in DB or not. I haven't seen DB since early last decade. I miss it. :(

Dragonball in IMO is the best. Not too serious. Just alot of fun especially on how naive Goku is about modern technology and girls :D :D .
DBZ is just alot of fighting. Still really good with some sad moments(kurrin[krillin?] getting killed by Freeza, goku sacrificing himself to get rid of cell) and some really cool scenes(goku going SSJ, gohan going SSJ2 and then killing cell later, majin vegeta sacrificing himself)
Haven't seen too much of DBGT: It isn't as good as the other two series. The power gets to point where its just dumb and SSJ4 is riducolous. I like the way DBZ is ended and everybody is alive, goku flying away with dragon in DBGT is stupid, he can't leave!

The movies are even better, especially movies 7, 8, 9.

The only DBZ I've seen is what they've shown on Toonami, but only up through the end of the Cell Saga, though I missed most of the Garlic Jr. saga. I haven't seen any after Cell because I stopped watching Toonami altogether. I'm busy online during that time.

Which movies are 7, 8, and 9? I've seen Tree of Might(?), World's Strongest(?), and...uh...I think there was one other. I don't remember for sure...it's been a while. :o :D

Movie 7 has adroids 13,14, and 15. They come out and want to fight Goku. Goku takes them to the North Pole or some cold place. Vegeta and Trunks join him and 3 super saiya jins fight the 3 androids. The androids lose but their body parts merge to create the ultimate android, Super 13. Super 13 beats up the Z warriors, then goku charges up a genki dama(spirit bomb) asorbs it, and kills Super 13 w/ 1 blow.

Movie 8- Introduction of the true super saiya jin, Brolly. Paragus. Paragus gets the Z warriors to go to New planet Vegita. There Brolly the ultimate SSJ appears and beats up on the Z warriors. A comet is going to destroy the planet and kill everybody. Everybody gives Goku energy and he beats Brolly and everybody escapes.

Movie 9- There is a tournament after Cell is defeated. Hercule(satan) is the champ and the Z warriors excluding Goku who is dead, show up. Its a fun tournament, but then space pirates show up led by a guy called Bojack. They beat up Trunks, Vegita and the other Z warriors/ Gohan goes SSJ and beats up on Bojack's henchmen, but they are still very tough. Bojack joins the figth and easily beats up Gohan. Goku appears to Gohan and tells him to go to SSJ2 like he did against Cell. Gohan does and easily beats up Bojack's henchmen. Bojack powers up and unleashes his ultimate blast. Gohan releases a powerful kamehamha wave and kills Bojack, saves the world.

Movie was Deadzone, 2 was World's strongest, 3 was The Tree of Might. They have different names in the Japanese version, number 1 is called Return my Gohan.
There are 13 DBZ movies. Movies 7, 8, 9 are supposed to be the best according to most people, and so is Movie 12(i haven't seen it). The other movies are good too.

Hmmm, interesting thread.

But I'm suprised nobody mentioned Bubblegum Crisis.

I've been trying to get access to the whole series, to me it has the same qualities found in Ghost In The Shell and unlike other many other series (DBZ) it thankfully doesn't go overboard on the violence.

Tamerlane, I know the series but lately I kinda tied up with my personal issues which makes me stopped by to refresh my mind only on this forum. Also my job as mailing list moderator kept me busy :(

If anything goes well I'll try to update some. Hopefully some of us will contribute too.
