i need to know which unit frogus want's to splat. if he doesn't get the info in, i'm gonna open it up to voting. that'll teach him

There is rules for non submitted dispands though.

From Dip manual
If a country in civil disorder has to remove units, the units farthest from the country are removed first. If units are equally distant, then remove fleets before armies and then in alphabetical order by the province in wich they are located.

@Korn: Im certainly interested in next game, though I would prefer finishing this before starting on a new.

Just my pov though, perhaps peeple who are in a worse position than mine feel differently.

I was just thinking so that we could see numbers and bounce a few ideas around about possible variants, as Realpolitik caters for an impressive number. I do realise that for 'newbies,' playing a variation might be one step too far, but I think most people have coped pretty well with learning the rules after a few hiccups. It would be good to get more people involved as well, because we don't want everyone who isn't playing sighing every time they see there's another Dip thread on the first page
