[quote="Fiona]Good again. If you could only get your client under control you might have a chance. Unfortunately he is undermining you at every turn. Some lawyers would withdraw from such a case"]Yes, being an attorney would be much easier without accused people...
-----------

I would like to hear Phreddies motive from the plaintiffs. What would be the gain for Phreddie to do whatever you accuse him of? Furthermore, my client is confused about what he exactly is accused of.

Not so lucrative though ( you have negotiated terms?)

Your second point is really for Slade. I will just observe that Phreddie persuaded Ravager to the board of his company. Some might say this gave it a veneer of respectability it would otherwise have lacked.

As to your third point: No he isn't

We have the right to hold you without charge for 28 days. You can't expect things to move any quicker. Luis is a bureaucrat

Hmm, who votes to hold Phreddie under anti-terrorist legislature? I'm sure that'll take longer to be released from. What was it, 2 weeks without charge? :p

28 days, Ravager, 28 days. But in America (pace the constitution) it seems to be indefinite so long as it's in Cuba. This is international so we could just as well call it Cuba. We need a neutral venue after all

Are you sure you want to be blurting stuff like that out here?

@Fiona,Actually we can hold him for as long as we want considering we have evidence on him....its only when nothing is found that he has a right to leave.
