Hello DW :) I'm 31.

Gwalchmai: LOL :D

Oh, these concepts about what factors should define being grown-up...I think many of the ideas come from our looking at our parent generation, and they looked at theirs. And now, they look at us and say "Computer games? I thought that was for kids".

did i miss everyone again?

tomorrow i'm going back to playing pnp ad&d :D after a few months away i'm ready for some action.

if anyone wants to know... i'm 25 and i'm getting younger as the years go by.

being a kid was too painful. i prefer being a kid as an adult, it's more fun. even with all the responsiblility. :)

I'm going to be the big Four-Oh in November. Even though I out-rank you young people by 7 to 9 years, that doesn't make me feel that much more mature. For example, my oldest kid is almost 3, while I think Dragon Wench, Leedog, Weasel, and Yshania all have older children. They (you) have all live through some aspects of raising kids that I have yet to know. Age contributes to maturity and wisdom, but experiences contribute even more in my book. :D :)
That there; exactly the kinda diversion we coulda used.

Sleep well Brink :)
Hello Jennabard! :)

And, yes, I am a lich. Let me tell you, being undead, no matter how magical you are, is hell on your complexion. I've tried everything - Ponds, Nivia, Jergens. Nothing works! :D :D

Good night Brink, hope you feel better when you wake up. :(

@Weasel: Gwalchmai the Lich - sound very apt and very creepy. He must have cast a million Time Stops, since he's only 40.

@Gwalchmai: LOL :D But I agree with you that experince has a greater impact on personal maturity than age only.

Regarding my own maturity, I think it's distributed in a very unbalanced way :D

I probably should have been more specific: I'm not 40 yet! I'm only 39! :D

CE: Telling people on this forum that you are unbalaced is hardly a revelation. ;) ;)

Weasel: Oh, yeah. Looking forward to that. My daughter is already starting to make some good connections. The other night she asked me "What is blood?"

Well, its the witching hour here, so I'm off to bed. Good night/day to you all!

@Weasel: Hm, I think my problem might be I never grew out of that. Mine is just a bit more variated:

What's that
What's that
What's that?
How does it work?
How does it work?
Why is this?
Why is this?
Why is this?
What does it mean?
What does it mean

Result: a publication in Nature :D

EDIT: Good night Gwalchmai, see you if you live until tomorrow :D I understand you have to leave - have a nice broomstick flight ;)

@CE - before I go, I've been meaning to ask why you go by the name of a nematode? If I were to guess, I would say that Caenaerhabditis elegans provides you with some sort of genetic model for your seretonin studies. [Note the benefit of doing a quick internet search ;) } But I don't understand why you would choose it as your screen name?

Okay, I'm gone now.
