Proceed, well my weekend has already started. From 9:30 in the morning on Thursday, sure that means I get up at the most unbearable hours but it free's up my social life greatly. :D

Planning to meet Georgi and Odie this Saturday. Until then, I'm horribly bored.

Morning CE, I've been awake for 5-6 hours myself and my friends are still asleep. Thank heavens for SYM, can't stand morning TV

Greetings CE. I hope waking up that early doesnt mess up your sleeping schedule for the next few days. I know it would for me.

Well Ive been awake for about 14 hours now. Weve got 3 people from all areas of the globe.

At 4:30 am there is absolutely nothing I can do except work, which I don't feel like, or play computer games, which I don't feel like either.

@Tam: So you're meeting Georgi and Ode Saturday? Great! I am sure it will be much fun. Georgi is...well, not exactly a sweet person, but a great person :D ;)
I'd rather shoot myself in the kneecap than watching morning TV...

@Tyb: Waking up to early is not a problem, what really mess up my sleep/wake cycle is sleeping to late.

Yeah, morning tv is awful. Its either news, or info-mercials. Thats why I watch sports news everymorning.

Well I hope SYM is something youre up for. Im up for a good conversation :)

@CE

Yeah it should be fun, although not having a digital camera. I'll have to find her, almost missed Odie when we met. Had a bad habit of producing strange stares to anyone with long hair who walked past me. Was trying to work out if they were Odie or not. As for morning TV, well I wouldn't exactly shoot my kneecap *ouch*, maybe turn the television set off but yeah morning TV is horrible. ;)

You are fortunate to meet people from the forum. I have been posting on forums for 6 months now (I belong to 2 forums) and I have yet to meet anyone from the internet. :(

The European gang have met each other a few times and I guess a few people from the States have also, but yeah it is a bit lucky, well also scary. Odie isn't a maniac well IRL he isn't :D

@Tyb: Thankfully there are no infomercials here (not that I know of, anyway), I learned what it was just last year thanks to SYM :D I watch very little TV, perhaps a couple of hours/month. The morning news are OK, but too slow and to focused on regional news. It's better to read the news online at international websites.

@Tammy: Yes, it's quite funny when you are meeting somebody you don't know :D First time I met Astafas, he sent me an SMS describing what he was wearing :D First time we met Dottie, he came at us from behind (we were sitting at a restaurant), so he solved the problem for us, which was good since he hadn't posted a photo here :D

My kneecaps are bad anyway, so it wouldn't make a big difference :D

We are 4 SYM:ers living in Stockholm, so it seemed sort of natural to meet IRL as well. Meeting a bunch of the UK SYMers was great - we were going to the UK for holiday anyway.

I think you are unlucky Tyb, as far as I know there are none of the regular posters who live close to you :(

@Tammy: I would guess Ode is not at all a luny but a really nice and reasonable person IRL, that's the impression I have of him :)

Hopefully the next time the US gang gets together I hope to be there. I hate being left-out :(

@CE I dont even watch or read the normal news. The media is so corrupt now, it disgusts me to watch the news, and Im too lazy to read about the news on the internet, unless its sports related.

EDIT@CE Ned lives just a state away. However I dont remember whether he said Connecticut or Rhode Island. My brother has driven across the states of Kentucky and Missouri, so he must have been relatively close to BS and AC. He also flew to Minnesota once, so he was also in the same state as Viv. However, my brother doesnt know anyone here, so he could care less, Im sure. :D

All this talk about mornings, am I the only one who is on the tail end of the day? :)

I watch BBC world news and the morning cartoons when I have an early class like today  We have set a redezvous point, hopefully Georgi knows where it is, well me and Odie have set one.

Well when I met Odie he was late for our meeting (he had a good reason ;) ) and I just watched as a guy was running up the street, only when we he ran past me rather slowly wondering why I was staring at him I concluded it was Odie. :D

Greetings BS. Care for a beer?

@Tam So how are you going to contact Georgi in the first place? Does she know your phone number, or do you know hers?

Sure thing Ty :D

Personally, I would probably get paranoid meeting someone. Not worried about the person, just I have a bad habit of mixing up directions.

Why hello BS, didn't see you pop in :)

Well we had chatted a long time before she left, and she has my number, even if she didn't ask me for it and I have hers. Thinking of waking her up now :D

*gives BS a beer*
No direction sense, eh? I have no idea how I would feel. It would certainly be a very unique situation. To match up faces with words is hard to do. I still dont know what you look like, BS. The only image I have in my head is a talking shot of beer. :D ;)

You could do that and say it was Ode's idea. That would be mean, yet funny. :D

Hi Tam :) Yeah, I tend to sneak up when peole least expect it

You got me down 90% of the time with the beer thing Ty. AC went looking and dug up my pic, but I think she is scared from the journey. :D
