Of course, they're on the other side of the city and it would ahve taken about 30 minutes just to get there. That's not really much of a problem and I would normally had done it, but this evening was the first staff meeting for the new company I'm now working for and was compulsory attendance. She wasn't having any of it and basically verbally abused me down the phone and hung up. She had no further need for the printer that day either.
I hate people like that.
