I listen to the radio alot, but then many of the stations here play my music. I just have to change when they play something I don`t like but it`s no problem to find more music.
The only talking they do is saying the name of the artist and the songs title

This is the only one I really know of. Theyre alright. I dont buy their CD's but I like hearing them now and again. Juno Reactor is awesome-though theyve only come out with 4 CD's in their 10 years of existance, their stuff is great. If you ever played Jet Moto 3 on Playstation-thats Juno Reactor in the background music.
Basement Jaxx is fun. They come out with groundbreaking new stuff, it may not be strong techno, but its good stuff.
Apoptygma and Spahn Ranch are both Darkwave bands-meaning they are a combination of Goth/Techno/Industrial. Good stuff.
DJ Tiesto is the best trancer DJ I can think of. Hes a genius. And I just love to just sit back and listen to his CD's.
DJ Storm et all. has only come out with 2 CD's. Hes Canadian and has a similar style to Tiesto.
Moby is a different techno artist and hes great at it. More groundbreaking stuff and is a good personality in the media too.
Crystal Method is real good. But theyre stuff is a bit tougher than I am used to liking. But I enjoyed their CD "Vegas" and most of their techno stuff cannot be turned away.

Most of the stuff I listen to is older than me. Beatles, Stones, Led Zep, CCR to name just a few. Classic 60's and 70's rock.

Cool.
I`ll check those out if I can find any CD`s of them.
Don`t worry Baron, my musical taste is extreme. If I can listen to any Thunderdome CD`s I`m in heaven

Yeah, I saw POD, and System of a Down in the lyrics thread. Both bands are quite good, at least as far as I can tell from their hits. I like mostly 80's, techno, and industrial. But I also like alternative (NOT mainstream-some mainstream songs are OK) and also some rock/metal aswell.

The name is familiar but can't remember anything else.

@ Oki, Rammstein would be great if they realized the importance of a good guitar riff.

Agree totally. All bow down to the German masters of rock, and stage shows.
@Baron As I said I`m not a big fan of rock and I `wouldn`t know a good guitar riff if it jumped up and bit me in the eye, but I love the way they play and the lyrics are just great. A friend of mine managed to find a unreleased song called "Truffelschwein" I nearly LMAO listening to it. He sings with a really childish voice.
And their version of Barbie Girl is great too.

Flibbs asked me how I was doing, and I said ok, except the radio station cancelled the Friday 80's night that this station always does. And then oki said he doesnt like 80's so much as he like techno, and then I talked about techno, that then triggered Flibbs and Barons conversation. Got it? Thats about it.
Later Flibbs. Take it easy.
