Well, I wasn't going to reply to it, but went ahead and added it in with the post I was posting, but was too lazy to go back and see who had said it.
And yes, I do tend to speed read. Avoiding the bookmarks is easy enough, it's the double posts that get in the way.
Forget the other 102 - I drew the line..I bought him Crystal version and he has conquered that without any interference from me...thank goodness!
LoL, I got crystal a couple months ago, played it until my battery went dead(later that day) and haven't played it since. I had all 151 pokemon from R/B/Y memorized and could list them in numerical order. Now I have maybe 100 of them memorized.
Re your mom - she has her own interests - mine involve keeping my son away from the Baldur's Gate series - they are *my* games and I am keeping them!! he can have Settlers, Black and White and Rollercoaster Tycoon - he is six!! why should I be challenged?
LoL, well, I got my mom to learn the Pokemon stuff by making her play and now she, and my dad(though he only plays Pokemon Pinball), plays pokemon more often than I do. I also had her install Baldur's Gate on her computer, but she has yet to get past the Friendly Arm Inn. I'm also working on getting my 'rents to play D&D. Her biggest complaint would probably be that I get her hooked on these games then get bored with them and start playing something else leaving her to play by herself or not at all(we used to play the Pokemon TCG all the time until I got bored with it).
*sigh* he is six...I thought he may grow out of it soon!
Eeek! 6? They're deceptively good at video games from what I've seen. The 6-year-old brother of that 12-year-old I mentioned in another thread is actually capable of beating me in Super Smash Bros. Melee. He's also gotten very good at Mario Kart 64 and he only gets to play these games once a week(he plays mine cause I bring my GCN up to the church on Wednesday nights to keep the kids occupied while the adults do Bible Study).
So!!!...post a picture!! you have seen some wonderful contributions - the more you put it off, the harder it will be!
Neee? I have posted a pic, several of them in fact. Didn't you like'em?
Those are the best I can do as I don't have any photographs of myself and I certainly don't plan on getting any anytime soon.

My son is very good. My sister's partner works for Sony, he is a project manager for Playstation 2 - he asks my son's opinions!
he is also absolutely wicked at Mario Cart 64, when he plays with my husband, the adult in this equasion pulls no punches!!!

I didn't know you were also a musician.
Sorry for not realizing earlier that the small picture you posted previously was actually you - I thought it was just a joke.
Now, I'm still trying to find a better picture of myself than the ID-card. I have ruled out my passport picture since it's very similar, I even think it's from the same photo automat-session. So, if I find more pictures, what do you prefer? Me in a skimpy dress at a party (I always wear skimpy dresses at parties, I have this sick need to dress up like a bimbo so people don't think I'm an intellectual
) , or me in 3 layers of goretex at the summit of some mountain?
