(Knowledge arcana checks. You can't make an intelligence check with this)
Dosker runs and charges one. He misses them.
The one dosker was on attacks him and misses.
Magrus, your turn.
Lethal on monsters, nonlethal on humanoids such as orcs and humans and whatnot.

"With us being equipped with non-lethal weapons." *grunts* "Well, we'll see what they're made of"
-Does this mean we are to use lethal force against these creatures or still use these weapons?-
Magrus flanks and attacks the one Dosker went after.
Attack:
1d20+6
13+6 = 19 (+3 w/weapon, focus +1 enhancement, +2 if I flank them)
Damage if I hit-
1d10+2
3+2 = 5

You hit and cut it deep. Both beasts that haven't gone approach you and flank you. They try and claw at you. Both hit for a total of 3 points of damage. It is Oskatat's turn.

I try to flank one that attacks magrus, or if thats too far, the nearest (describe position please)
attack: d20(rolled 8) + 2 BAB + 1 enhanc + 1 weapon focus + 2 Str = 14
If hit: d8 (rolled 7) + 2 str + 1 enhanc = 10

PAUSE-
Those weapons have a command word that you have been told that can make it go from lethal to nonlethal as a standard action. Against a beast/monster, you can use LETHAL damage and against a gladiator, you have to use NON-LETHAL damage.

-Ah ok thanks for the explination. Well then can we just assume we've been using Lethal damage in this fight?
Also, I edited my AC. Forgot to include the Bracers and my Tumble skill Bonus. Went from 14 to 16, just FYI.-

You miss, Oskatat.
Dosker attacks the beast again with his sword and hits, killing it, then takes a five foot step and attacks the one NOT flanked, missing.
I hope you understand what the weapons do now and for visualization of the creature (
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/MM35_ ... _PG163.jpg)
It is Magrus's turn. (there is no such thing as a tumble bonus to AC. it is a +2 bonus to jump instead)

-It's ok, a lot to take in and remember sometimes I know.

-
I'll attack the third one in an attempt to keep it occupied and from flanking one of us.
Attack:
1d20+4
8+4 = 12
Damage if hit:
1d10+2
7+2 = 9

Miss, the other two focus on dosker and Oskatat. Visual battle map (
http://tinypic.com/65qq9d) A little small, but Oskatat is on the left, and going Right it is Beast, Magrus, Beast and then under the beast is dosker.
The other two miss and miss. It is oskatat's turn.

You fall to the ground. Dosker attacks the one that he is on and hits and hits. The one dosker is on is almost dead as is the one on Oskatat and magrus.
The beast attacks oskatat and misses and the one on dosker misses as well.
Magrus.
