@Eery - me too. I feel a bit foolish, as I was not planning to drink too much, and I haven't been hung over for work in years. I didn't get much dinner last night, and I think the lack of food was the big problem. (As a good slurr, notice I do not blame the actual alcohol for anything.

)
Not much left but to muddle through it today.

@Tyb: Havnt had the energy to post in bar threads for a while, wich rather much is the case with every imaginable activity atm.

Its all good. I know how that feels sometimes. As is the world of the passive person, eh?
BTW-You ever heard a group called the Mission UK?

@Tyb: Its not good, but I've learned to live with it... (unfortunatly)
I know about The mission. Is that what you're talking about? Formed by some ex Sisters of mercy members...

Thats tough. Is there something specifically wrong?
Yes. I wasnt sure what the relation between Mission and Sisters was, but I knew there was a relation. Regardless, I was surprised to see the video for "Wasteland" on tv yesterday. It was during a marathon for 80's videos. Other notable gothic/underground groups that had videos come and pass: The Cure, Bauhaus, Love and Rockets, Sisters of Mercy. It surprised me that it was mixed in with all the mainstream and new wave 80's videos, but I like that sort of eclectic view this network has.
EDIT-Dang. Whered Az go?

I hope she comes back.

@Tyb: No, nothing special, and im sure i will survive.
How nice.

Though Sisters and the likes are hardly unknown, even to people not generarly into that kind of music.

@Tyb: Yelling is too much effort.
About music I dont care much for radio or TV time anymore, I can imagine it to be a greater pain for the artists than it is for me.

Ok.
Youre more of an mp3 person or CD buyer? I often dont rely on the tv, but I watch for 2 reasons:
1) I like to see what the artist does to act towards their music
2)I try to make my own music videos-using mainly stuff from Juno Reactor, Apoptygma Berzerk, and Crystal Method. But Ive also used Depeche Mode. I like to see what they do, the evolution of music videos and contrast it to my style. Its really fun to incorperate the music you like with other visuals that you are also partial towards.

@Tyb: I have a rather clear moral opinion about CD buying vs MP3s, but I recall its not an apreciated topic to dicuss on this forum.
Sounds interesting.

How do you make movies?

Yeah, I have morals about it too, but I seem to be slipping in that line of morals, unfortunetly. I certainly dont copy any games, and have never copied any CD's myself, but my brother and friend copy CDs and sometimes give burned CD's to me. I dont decline, and maybe I should.
I use programs such as imovie (high school had this on their iMacs) and Final Cut Pro. Theyre basically editing programs and you can import pictures and video. For cameras I used to use my friends digital camera, but atm, I dont have anything to film with, so I fiddle with footage I already have to act in concordance to music.
Ive made music videos for the following songs:
"High Roller" -Crystal Method
"Non-Stop Violence" -Apoptygma Berzerk
"Black Celebration" -Depeche Mode
"Jarden De Cicille" -Juno Reactor
"Swamp Thing" -Juno Reactor
I want to attempt more stuff for 80's music and less techno, because techno is much easier to do videos for.
EDIT-I have plenty of plans for certain videos but I have no budget, so I cant make most of them. But I have the plans. Its fun to think about this stuff. Im currently trying to come up with a plan for "Send Me An Angel" by Real Life

@Tyb: lol, that I have a moral opinion about it doesnt neccesarily mean i have high standards, but like I said i rather not discuss it here.
Nice hobby.

Sounds like your having fun with it.
Have to sign off now, catch you later.
