my roommate hates other people. including me. he just doesn't beat me up because I'm the only person who gets him food. I'm moving out soon though, bigger apartment, normal roommate, and bigger rent. I hope my couch comes with me, Tony (my roommate) would totally ruin it. Just figured out when I'm moving, right now! Tony kicked me out, so I have 10 minutes before he starts going crazy and beating me up. I saw my replacement, quivering little snot, only like 17, he's scared of Tony. Poor kid. Anyway, I won't be on until I set up my apartment, so maybe 20 minutes. Same building, just a bigger room. And no roommate now. Anyway, later everyone.

is he some big guy into martial arts or what's his problem?? and i'm imagining that it's quite stressful to live like that.. he never leaves the apartment? does he even pay for the place?

You're confusing me and there's no merit in that- too easy. Are you asking me what these words mean ? I thought I'd answered that, so either I failed or you mean something else. Please explain

Ostentatious means unduly conspicuous. Maybe that doesn't help much, come to think of it. Showing off, drawing attention to yourself with a display of wealth that sort of thing. The roman emperor Caligula was ostentatious

And that is why I wouldn't think of getting a sig or an avatar, until I am much more experienced on boards, so I had answered you. Just not clearly

Maudlin is a scottish word for the stage of drunkeness where you get sentimental. Finns may not have a word for that but scots need one. CE says that it is a myth that Eskimos have a lot of words for snow - be that as it may we have a lot of words for drunk

I'm back, I finally finished, it actually didn't take to long, I don't have much stuff. I'm drunk now, I had to get drunk to take my special couch to my new apartment. Anyway, now the only person who will bug me in my life will be Lord Elf, and he's just a dumbo. Very profound insult, dumbo is.

Maudlin is "I love you drunk", but usually with tears. It's very unattractive and it is important that everybody reaches that stage at around the same time. Otherwise it is followed by your second example
