And the riddles keep on coming:
We are little creatures;
all of us have different features.
One of us in glass is set;
one of us you'll find in jet.
Another you may see in tin,
and the fourth is boxed within .
If the fifth you should pursue,
it can never fly from you.
What are we?
Solution: the five vowels: a,e,i,o & u?

I think that God in creating man somewhat overestimated his ability.

*nods* That was quick. Well done.
Here's another:
Brad stared through the dirty soot-smeared window on the 22nd floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression he slid the window open and jumped through it. It was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground. Miraculously after he landed he was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his descent, how could he have survived the fall?

Yet another riddle:
Mr. Whimpy was terrified of the dark. When he went to bed, he would flip off the light switch on the far wall, then tear across the room to bed, 10 feet away. However, the other day, he flipped the switch, walked slowly to his bed, and climbed in before the room went dark. He only used his finger to switch off the light.
How did he manage this brave feat?

NO ONE BEATS ME IN RIDDLES. RAWWWWWWR!
Anyway, back to civilisation,
Couple of possibilities:
It was still daytime
He had a torch
The light was a timer
He moved his bed closer to the switch
Got a new switch put in

Just a couple dj?
The answer:
He went to bed during the day. Not dark.
Another one (seeing as you're all so keen):
A rich man's son was kidnapped. The ransom note told him to bring a valuable diamond to a phone booth in the middle of a public park. Plainclothes police officers surrounded the park, intending to follow the criminal or his messenger. The rich man arrived at the phone booth and followed instructions but the police were powerless to prevent the diamond from leaving the park and reaching the crafty villain. What did he do?
The answer for the other riddle is on the last page, Brynn
