Good night @CE!

@dragon wench:

Here's a few ideas I'd like to toss at you concerning your newly renovated, freshly painted Home for the Deranged:

1. Install an 8-track sound system. They went out of style so long ago, disco was young when they died out! (: o I even remember secretly going through my oldest sister's 8 track collection when I was a kid. :D )

2. Make that small, dark room at the end of the hall (the one you use...occasionally) the "TV room." Within, your victi...oh I mean clients! :mad: can enjoy such deranged TV classics such as "The Andy Griffith Show," "Leave it to Beaver," and hour upon dreadful hour of perpetual CSPAN coverage. All the while, they keep reaching for that "freshly" popped bag of popcorn, only to discover that someone has eaten it all... :D

3. Replace all the furniture upstairs with stuff you buy at garage sales...orange recliners, little beige card tables, and green shag carpets, circa 1973.

That's it for now. Notice the focus on the '70's: now, that was a truly tasteless decade, for certain! :D

Me = child of the seventies ;)

@Chanak ....ROFLMAO!

Should we also present our clients with wide-lapelled suits and overly broad ties upon arrival...? Oh....and maybe a mumu or two as well! :D

You know I always wondered about the alleged "wholesomeness" of Leave it to Beaver I mean....calling the two kids Wally and Beaver! :D
Not to mentions June's famous line...."Ward...don't you think you were a little rough on the Beaver last night? :D

No, it merely proves your worth as a neuropsychologist by showing you were right about his being a stalker. :)

@DW-ROFL!

@Chanak-Ooh! Ooh! Don't forget The Wonder Years! Can't have a successful torture session without that little gem. :D

It's nice to see you magic skills are improving, Georgi :D Maybe you will eventually be able to make that rain cloud for Dottie?

Of course I'll join you for a drink, and I also predict we will soon get company... ;)

Well, at the moment I am working on a multicolored cloud... :D I might be able to do a raincloud, but I'm not sure if I could make it stay when I'm not here... :confused: ;)

Excellent, so what can I get you? ;) And how are you today, did you have to go back to work? :D

Company? *looks over shoulder nervously* :D

@Georgi: Isn't it possible to make conjured objects stay for while regardless of your presence? For instance, if you conjure up a rabbit, it doesn't necessarily disappear in a nanosecond if you leave, it has an existance of it's own, although you made it's existance?

A caffe latte and a lemon juice would be fine, thanks.

No, I didn't go to work today either - I have thought some more about the future project I discussed with the prof in pharmacology I met Wednesday, and how to convince my prof to do it :D

How are you doing? Did you get hold of a car today?

Yes, company....I'm counting the seconds... :D

@CE Oh, I expect it is possible, I haven't accomplished it yet though ;)

So do you think you can convince your prof? :D

Yes, I went out this afternoon... didn't find a job, but I did manage to buy some CDs :o :D I gotta learn how this jobhunting thing works... But I did ingratiate myself with my parents by cooking them a nice curry for dinner. ;)

What company could you be expecting at this time of night? :D
