That reminds me, I still need to finish my game of IWD. I've had it since June last year and I still haven't finished it. Poor Koroshi(my char) has been running around in the spine of the world mountains for 4½ years gametime. She must be cold and lonely. No wonder her Charisma is only 2.

SS, I have abandoned Icewind Dale, I always get halfway through, something happens to my computer unexpectedly, and I lose everything in a reformat. as this is the only game it ever happens with, I reiterate, the damn game is cursed.

LoL, I agree that the game is cursed. In my case, it results in me getting a new game periodically and temporarily forgetting about IWD.

I've come close to abandoning IWD. Farthest I could ever get was the last level of the Dragon's Eye. Moving 6 idiots around in those tight areas was just too difficult. However, with my solo fighter/mage/thief, I'm currently in Lower Dorn's Deep.

Well I don't know about the love potion, but the effects of that mix I made for SS certainly haven't worn of by now. I only took a sip and I'm still feeling the after effects.
