I work on a slow computer at a crappy desk, too, but I'm not paid enough to care whether or not anyone notices that I'm goofing off or not. My workload doesn't suffer and no one wants to do my job (plus I'm a minority), so they'll never fire me.

Well that sounds sort of good.....

Regardless, I would have brought up last nights football game, but, alas, I really dont want Viv to get angry or disappointed or left out. So I wont talk about it.

That's what the football threads are for. You'll also notice (Vivien), that I am responsible for only two of them; the third was started by Gwalchmai.

HLD: And how many fun threads did you start in that time period. So far it's 2/3 so football is winning. (By the way, I'll have a 'talk' with Gwally about this...)

I think you'd begin to worry about me if I started too many fun threads. It scares Tybaltus when I even show up in a fun thread.

I am as fine as I can be with over-excited kids tearing around. I have had my friend's little one to stay for the last couple of days, we are awaiting news of a new baby
