I'm back now, but not for long - frantic packing will shortly commence. How is everyone? I think I'll probably make a thread to find out just what's been going on, and to tell everyone whats going on with me. That could well be after fresher's week though, so that things get a chance to change..

Hi, Kam - good to see you, man ! A new thread sounds like a good idea . Now, what's new around here? You may have noticed the new avatar ; got it after looking for a picture for the Spam Belt, after my fight with Fas. As to the new stuff, I'd say check your PM's and I'll see if I can think of some other stuff and edit in an update (or I'll post it in the new thread, if you decide to start one ) ** tosses Kam a can of Duff **

Ode, as well as Tam, is out for the Australian summer - can't blame them really... ** takes another drink from his can ** as far as the rest is concerned, I explained in this post ** Basically, the RT crew is mostly down to me and Beldin during office hours nowadays and SYM tends not to be too crowded then either - no worries (copyright@Beldin), though; we'll be around

Sleep has resigned as a mod, so there was a nomination thread to find out who could take his place. You can still vote on the nominees here

Ty (Tybaltus) has been digging/bumping up some of the older threads lately, and Beldin and me have been helping out under the name of Jones' Indians (try a search on "Jones' Indians" if you're interested )

One of those bumps (Spam is like a drug) lead to the Spam song album - put together by Beldin, me, Frogus and BM (Bloodmist) - and also lead to Spam: "A concise overview of theatre, movie and book quotes and titles"

Kayless' Pantomime thread was pretty original too.

And like I said, there was also a flaming/wrestling match with me and Fas. Check out the voting thread for details.

One of our most memorable RT party crashes was, when we paid a visit to AC's Bar and Grrrrril

The rest was business as usual - don't hold it against me if I forgot something

I've just slept for about 18 hours, after being up from flying for about 30 hours. We flew overnight, and I couldn't sleep on the plane, so I didn't sleep from Wednesday morning through to last night. Still a bit sluggish and tired and stuff. I'll have to go and pack soon - going off to Uni on Sunday, and I haven't started getting stuff together. Clothes and books are the main problems. Had a really good time in the States, visiting loads of old people and meeting new ones too - oh and Tyb, I was in the vicinity of Boston a couple of days ago...only 30,000 feet up. Would you have minded terribly if I 'dropped in'?

Ah yes, its allways fun waking up to a dank, raining, sort of cold Massachusetts day, where youve got a stuffy nose and forget to turn the water up to warm in the shower. But surprisingly, Im actually in a good mood.

Well, If I wasnt ready for company, and you never announced you would have dropped by, then I would probably look like an idiot, but if you announced you were coming up here, I would have been ready, and it actually would have been cool, due to the fact Ive never met anyone in RL that I initially met online.
