I haven't tried Messenger yet today, but normally when I have trouble with it, I get kicked out of MSN as a whole and that hasn't happened yet. Sorry to hear about the trouble, Tam :( - how're things for the rest? ** takes another drink from his beer **

Haven't had the time yet to try Trillian again. I've had to uninstall it before my holiday and haven't re-installed it yet...

Things are fine Eery, just have lots of work. As for Trillian, I have tried it, but I prefer the familiarity and user friendly interface that MSN provide.

Good to hear things are fine for the rest, then :) ** takes another drink from his black beer ** Well, I'll just stick with MSN for the moment... can't say I've had that much trouble with it until now.

So don't get healthily on me :D ;) ..
Sounds perfectly healthy to me. :D

Though I'm starting to work on the exercise bit, and am slightly underweight rather than overweight, but still.

@Tam-Hi. Maybe try Trillian if MSN won't work. ;)

Well its working now, although I keep getting people calling in so my connection does get cut now and again. Hence no IM at all.

I have to admit I do prefer the interface of MSN, just nice, simple and basic...

Might be, but since I'm using several Messaging services (depending on my friends) I went for Trillian as a possibility to use ONE client instead of 4 . ;) :D

But no worries, do as you please ;)

They both have their pro's and contra's. From what I've heard, Trillian is better overall, though (e.g. like Beldin said, it allows you to use ICQ, as well as MSN channels). Hence the need to at least try it some day  ** finishes his pint and joins Beldin in SLURRing away the tray of E.C.h.C.'s **

Woohoo!

*One assignment down, and three more to go*

*Decides to enjoy the moment*

*Slants his chair and orders a J.D*

Having fun with Trillian Nips? Its ok, and the smileys are far superiour to MSN but try to add a contact to your list. :D

LOL, MSN is really the only I use, I used ICQ before but this stopped me from using it:

ICQ: "Hi! I read your bio and I wondered if you wouldn't mind looking at something for me..."

Me: "Hi, what are you talking about?"

ICQ: "I'm not sure what you mean, but here's the site: http://www.dodgyporn.com"

LMAO :D

Ugh, I wouldn't go near ICQ. It ruined my PC and it refused to allow me to un-install it, the cheaky thing. :D And those annoying sounds, every few minutes its either a door slamming or a fog horn blowing, both really annoying sounds.

Its off now, had to reformat due to an issue unrelated to ICQ, but I'm not putting it back on.

I'm sure you knew that all those features in ICQ can be switched off ;) :D ...

But Trillian is also my pick (at least at the moment.. :D ) .
