Description: Everyone should be able to get their kit off in public and not get arrested. The world would be a more interesting place that way

Clearing the forums
Description: It is my suggestion that another option should be added to the UN proposals. You should have a YES, a NO, and DELETE THIS SUCKER. If DELETE THIS SUCKER reaches 10% before any other response, it is removed from the proposals

Proposal Cleanup
Description: So many proposals are just plain stupid. They will never make the required number of votes and the prevent other more worthy proposals from getting looked at. I suggest that if a proposal does not have at least 5 votes, from delegates, in the first two days it is removed from the proposal list.

Free Beer
Description: Countries should make available free beer to any of its citizens that should want it. In much the same way as water is free.

Remove Racism
Description: 1) To remove from UN membership any country displaying racist beliefs as a governmental policy. 2) To deny UN membership to all applying countries displaying such tendencies until the inhrent racism of the government has been erased.

Rouge Nations
Description: Everyone who types "rouge nations" should be covered in rouge and rogered by a rogue until they learn to tell the difference.

UN Effectiveness Act Of 2003
Description:
Section I: A proposal shall only need 100 simple approvals to become a resolution, and all resolutions shall be considered as passed if a simple majority is reached.

Section II: The period of voting for proposals and relolutions shall be extended for 24 hours, to make sure everyone gets a chance to vote.

Section III: There must be a search function in the proposals section, so that people can find the proposals they wish to vote on more quickly.

Section IV: All resolutions passed by the UN must take real effect in all member states, and be swiftly enforced. If the nation refuses to comply, they will cease to benefit from the UN alliance(be thrown out of the UN).

The Rogue Nation of Kayland is a very large, safe nation, notable for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, intelligent population of 104 million enjoy a sensible mix of personal and economic freedoms, while the political process is open and the people's right to vote held sacrosanct.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Defence, although Education and Law & Order are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 44%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Beef-Based Agriculture and Book Publishing.

It is a crime to offend someone's religious beliefs, college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys, military spending is on the increase, and there are no minimum wage laws. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Kayland's national animal is the frog, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the token.

Wow, I think this the best Kayland has ever been. Strong economy, little crime, the most politically free nation in SYM, (w00t!) the second largest military, the sixth most religous, and the seventh largest insurance industry. All in all, we rock!

The Free Republic of Flibblon is a very large, socially progressive nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape.
