Don't worry I have no intention of saying "heel" I was more thinking a muzzle, a strong leash and the pound.

Well, I'm feeling slightly less introspective... Actually the weather was sunny, hot and a bit humid.. usually the coast is much more temperate, but this summer has been unusually warm.... lots of forest fires raging out of control in BC

I guess I've been introspective because my muse has hit quite intensely over the last few days and I have been writing a lot of poetry... always a very therapeutic release.. though it inevitably puts me in a reflective sort of space
