Good evening, my fellow SLURRites

)

I hope to be able to answer that question in more detail soon

, but for the moment, I'm doing fine (not taking into account the freezing cold that puts a damper on everything

) ** tosses Brink a can of
Duff ** And you yourself? @Beldin: like the sig too, mate. Very thorough transformation

Thanks, mate

.I'm feeling very upbeat at the moment

.I got a new PC about a week ago, and, I must say, to finally be able to play all my games in the best possible settings is a blast

It was just there when I woke up this morning...somehow Kafkaesque (sp?) ...
...maybe we should see if it spreads....
BTW - has any of you played Dungeon Siege ? Is it any good ? (Looking towards Christmas....

)

@Beldin-Dungeon Siege is sorta like Diablo(mindless hacking with little storyline

) with a better graphics engine and the ability to form parties

.It's great if you want a pure hack n' slash gaming experience

@Brink: I've played Diablo AND Diablo2 ....but I'm still waiting vor NWN to come my way....**sigh**....have you tried NWN ? .

by Brink
@Beldin-Yeap, I've got NWN here by my side

.IMO the official campaign for NWN is kinda, erm, boring, after the first few runs through it (so much unlike BG2, I'm afraid).Plenty of modules out there to make up for this though

**rubs his hands in eager anticipation of NWN**
We'll see, then...
**continues to SLURR down the BS sized pint**

@Beldin-Happy gaming(when you get your hands on those two games, of course

)

Aaah when Final Fantasy is discussed count me in........
You play 8 and 9 at the same time?
You must realy have time to spend
@E. FF9 is pretty good, I like it alot cause of the setting, and it has a little more humor then the others.
Also FF9 is one of the few FF where the game decides who's the spellcaster, ans who's the fighter etc. In the other FF's that I played (7,8,9 and 10) you can choose that (whell in 10 not at first, but later on in the game)
The story of 9 is ok, but I think it isn't as good as the other story's.
The storys of 7 and 10 are the best!!!!
FF7 has a realy WEIRD story but it's great when it's unfolded to you piece by piece.
and the story of 10 is just beautyfull, I almost cried at the end
While I'm here:
*Sit's at the barr, ordering a
purple beer and remembers the good old days when whe used to crash into someones thread and hang around there* *snif snif* *Puts "memories" from ........(help me out here) in the CD player*
