Funnily enough, the study DW quotes recommends the same course of action. With emphasis on headshots. Though with their limited study sample the inevitable will still happen.

We have to prepare. We need to marshal our forces, our ammo, our supplies. We need people, bunkers, tandoor. Maybe with a good eggplant curry as a side dish.

if all my years of zombie research have told me one thing, its that bunkers and spicy food are a BAD combination.

besides, you want to be off land, where there is no chance of zombies getting in. either above ground level or over water.

Don't forget the beans :)

Heh heh heh. Obviously you haven't heard about the new aquatic based hordes? Special hybrids that are achieved by cross-breeding fish, dolphins, gnomes, leprechauns and the average zombie. :D

What about a nice, mild korma? Without the side order of beans, of course. And tandoor itself is pretty mild. Just flavorful. Food doesn't have to be hot to be spiced well.

Though it helps. :)

This is the 21st century. Ever hear of...scooba gear-wearing zombies?

Back-mounted gyro-propellers, with waterproof battery storage. I think you can buy them now at your neighborhood hardware store. Or maybe that's Invasions R Us?

Knowing the luck mankind is having now-a-days, the zombies will be able to climb and run, and swim, no need for scuba. And hot-dogs+small spaces=Stinking Cloud.

going by humanities luck at the moment, i'd say the undead will be 50 feet tall, able to fly, kill with only a thought, and explode with the force of a 500 gigaton nuke when you go near them.

And with you, for I am making silver bullets in my basement. If it doesn't kill the zombies, they'll go blind.

They have Loki on their side. Considering his attraction to them, I wouldn't be surprised if the lot go blind without any help.

No, if we are discussing T-virus only. If Majini is included, then we are doomed!

Then man must build some good Karma. Everyone needs to adopt sick puppies. Then, once the lesser virus hits, we have bait to lure the zombies away.

Then what happens when we get zombie puppies coming to the door? We really need to work on this!

And don't tell me a rolled up newspaper will work. It won't, unless it's printed in 14 pt Gothic.

Dogmeat would maul you to pieces for even thinking that... hmm... which would mean more food for my hordes. On second thought, think away!
