I kind of guessed which meaning you where aiming for, but I thought it to be funny seeing the other descriptions, which might also apply to the current situation.

True, but it's damned hard to ignore a man wearing chaps and a ten-gallon hat, yelling the theme to Rawhide as he rides down a herd of sheep through downtown metro areas throughout the US.
There--now I've revealed it. It's true. @Weasel's been sighted thus far in St. Louis, Kansas City, Omaha, and Fargo, North Dakota. I believe he may have been buying woolen parkas for his, um, harem, but that doesn't excuse taking up all available parking space and leaving mutton prints on sundry defenseless women and children. Not to mention the crying, panic-stricken men.
