Tell ya what, why doesnt either CM or Waverly post what CM sent as his orders, and we'll try to make sense of them? We could point out where he was going wrong and stuff. It's not like Wave's not going to post what all of our orders were anyway, right?

Come on somebody...
What about A Mar - Spa; A Par - Bur; F Bre - Pic
That doesn't irritate anybody overmuch, and its reasonable.

Bumping again to bring to CMs attention if he ever comes back...
And I think that if he doesn't, rather than taking the unbalancing move of giving France to another player, we should get one of the other people who expressed interest at one time or another to play France. That's Foul, Ned, Timekeeper, or someone else...anyone?
EDIT: I did get a PM from CM to say that:
Send me an e-mail any time from monday.
My net is fried at home and will try to get it fixed this weekend!
So this could be a possible reason why he hasn't been around. I vote we should wait till tomorrow.

Well, Russia is on the move, but it doesn’t look like he has talked to Austria much. Italy is rather conservative. France is *very* conservative. One really has to wonder if England, France, and Germany have discussed the lowlands yet. They’ll be discussing them soon, no doubt.

I can imagine their conversation was something like:
Russia: Do whatever you feel like, I will watch your back.
Austria: You will watch my back?
Russia: Yes, I will "watch" your back
Austria: Well, then i guess everything is fine then.

Italy is rather conservative.
I refute that allegation.

Lol. It wasn't
quite like that. In fact, just so you all know I can be trusted, we didn't agree to anything.

In that case I'm equally happy I get a build before you can get there

Actually I was thinking more of my possibilities to get norway, If Petersburg was my target you should have seen an army in Edingburg by now.

@Waverly - the Realpolitik doesn't seem to handle retreats very well. In fact, I can't get it to do it at all anymore. Any ideas?

Realpolitik goes automatically into the summer season, and you use the move function to indicate retreats. I have had it not work, and I simply went into edit mode to repair the map.
Let's try for Friday, Noon EDT, for the Fall turn. I'll be out of town off and on this week, so I may not be available for questions until then.

Acually, could we try for twice a week? (These week excluded, as your gone) because it seems to be going by slowly, and we really don't need that much prep time for each turn.

Dorkus: this was my intention (as stated previously), and I even made arrangements to accelerate the schedule last turn. It is the
players who need to cooperate (internet glitches notwithstanding.)

I have orders from CM, Dottie, Kornflakes, and Aegis. If anyone else thinks they sent ordres, I don't have them. If you have not sent them, you are about 8 hours late.

This post is also a BUMP
I've sent in my move now (twice, sorry
), so are we waiting for frogus and Nippy?

My apologies, I've had a bit of a family crisis recently and I completely forgot about my moves. I will be sending them to Waverly right away...

they're sent. I couldn't get mine in for reasons perhaps familiar to people in the UK....NTL are slowly going bankrupt (or they were until yesterday when they were bought out by the banks)...their 15-odd billion of debts were crippling them, and the NTL service is going down the drain a little at the moment...so anyone else with NTL cable modems or TV: GET OUT NOW!!! They're dying! Get a new provider!!
