*Ahem* I would like to say, that at this point, while I, ah, have found Mr. Maharlika's offer to be mildly interesting, I have not at this time decided to join his faction.

I would also like to add that you can disregard any statements I may have made that might be possibly construed to mean that I may have decided to join said faction...this would include, but is not limited to, statements I may have made under duress, particularly statements I may have made the previous evening. :D

Hi @Ode! Image
...excellent, Brother Spymaster! Image

Yes, with your line of work, it is essential to disavow any knowledge or connection to those who do not belong to the CIA.. Image

...great job! :D

@Chanak on Calderetta...

...actually it's not just the ingredients that is essential but also the method in which it is cooked. The trick there is to remove the "fishy" smell of goat meat since it tends to make the food less tasty. Having it soaked in vinegar for a certain period of time usually works.

Anyhoo, I'm not from Pampanga so I could not say I'm an expert in it.

But I do know how to make Bicol Express - miniscule shrimps prepared in oil, chili pepper, tomatoes among others...

...oh yeah, there is also Laing - using Gabi leaves (these leaves are the ones that cannot get wet as water would just roll over it in doplets) cooked in coconut oil.

Actually, that reminds me...A few days back the Georgeous one and I were griping about not being able to find employment...Does anyone have a link to that? Not the one in Beldin's birthday thread, I checked through that and it wasn't the one.

I know, but what with the number of posts per day I have it's far too much spam to wade through so late at night.

If I could remember which thread it was it'd be fine, but I can't. :rolleyes: I must be getting old or something... :D

@Ode-You're probably down with the SPAM syndrome :p ;) (which has nothing to do with one's age, I assure you ;) )

@Ode:

Remember to leave your purple beer bottles sitting on the coffee table next to where Nippy is taking a nap...makes for great photo opportunities, you know. :D :cool:

@Maharlika:

Yes, the art of food preparation requires the proper preparation methods. Of course, having only had goat meat in a Greek gyros, I had no idea it had a...fishy...smell. :eek: !!!

Naturally, I have no idea what all of these comments concerning COMM are about. Just for the record, someone else must have been on my computer as I was out crashing parties, sampling beer, wine, and shine. :rolleyes: :D

@Brink-There are far worse avatars to have that suit me perfectly... :D Cheers.

@Chanak-do you want me to add them to the "Intelligence" files? :D

@Georgi-I always wipe you down...err, off, afterwards. ;) :D
I seem to have a bad case of SPAM syndrome and I'm just lazy. :D

Well if you didn't like being rubbed off why didn't you say so. I'm sure we could have come up with something else, like a long, slow shower, perhaps... :p :D
