Bummer @Rob.
Pity about the Warhols, I quite like their music.

Looking at the website, it looks like a very similar line up to Reading...BRMC, Cooper Temple Clause, Jimmy Eats World, Millionaire, The Dandies, Rival Schools, Soulwax (DJ set), and A were present at both I believe
So who was best?

. I'm not that much into Rythm 'n Blues, except for a few artists. Too bad B.B. King doesn't perform any more

. Man, you should have seen him perform on stage with Lucille (the name of his guitar). He could really make it 'talk'

I found Incubus very good, but I'm a big fan of them.
Korn also was pretty good, just like the notwist.
Danko jones also was good, and so was Filter
But one of the best things was "Ome Willem" a guy who had a very poppular dutch childrens TV series about 17 years ago, so there where 40.000 people with sentimentic feelings when he appeared on stage as part of an all-stars show.
Also I laughed my ass off at mr. Menthane (a guy who can fart by will, and makes a show off it)
But I mainly go to the festival (3thrd year now, I went in '99 and '00 to) because of the mood that's there, just 1giant 65.000people party!!!!!

All this talk about (old) music makes me think back to the old days.
Now where did I leave that 'Bad" lp from Michael Jackson?
I just looooooooove "Smooth Criminal" and "Dirty Diana".

I'm from Austria. I don't know the exact penalties, but a few grams (1-5 g) are considered a minor offence and you're fined -> And sometimes you have to see a doctor every month for 2 years to make sure you "stay clean". (Urine Samples and the like...)
If you're caught with more than that you go on trial, and it depends on the amount found and how the judge is feeling on this day...

Ya, that was one capital mistake
![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/)
! Both have appeared on BRBF, as well as Ray Charles, so it's really a well-known festival in the Blues circuit. Salut! ** toasts to the King of Blues and the King of Boogie **

Gotta love those little text parts on packes of cigarets, no?
"Smoking causes cancer" or "Smoking kills you and those around you!"
And there are in % less drugs addicts in Holland then in, say, America. Other countries are legalising weed now too, so it must be a not so bad idea.

lol Australia is much the same as Austria, up to a certain amount you get fined, after that it's jail, though thankfully the monthly test isn't done over here. If you're growing hydroponic pot it's more "Do not pass Go, do not collect $200, go straight to jail".
EDIT-Good point @Rob, it's sort of ironic considering the wave of misinformation put out by the US government, isn't it?
I truly think that the US, UK and Australia will one day legalize pot, though probably not for many years.
![Frown :(](./images/smilies/)
The sooner the better IMO.

On this topic, I may or may not be around for the rest of the evening, depending upon how well I can type. The ice awaits, I have a new bong to try, so in case I don't see you all until tomorrow, then au revoir.
If I do return tonight (or soon, at least) excuse the doutless nonsensical ramblings and terrible spelling I shall spout forth, and just enjoy the novelty value...
