Wow.....thats crazy! I really liked the Sahuagin city...not only because of the items, but the scenery is breathtaking. You got to love the giant lobster. The plot isnt bad either. But the items are awesome....cant ignore the items.Originally posted by serjeLeBlade
Agreed!
That quest makes no sense!
The *ONLY* reason to go there, is if you knew in advance of the items you would find!
I am very *PROUD* to say that in my current game I skipped the Shauaghin City *intentionally*
To hell with the cloak of cheese, the wave, the (improved throwing) impaler, the (minor) avatar of Sekolah (which is fun but it's just the same the 2nd time you fight it... I can't see a lot of "tactics" in it ... pun... )... AND the Silver Blade as well (you forgot to mention it, Uncle!)
I think the Sahuagin city is the one place that one *MUST* go to in Baldurs Gate II. When one of my brother's friends skipped out on it, I had to yell some sense into him to reload and go back there. It may not have been my favorite place, but it is such a disadvantage to miss such a cool place. Right up there with Watchers Keep and Brynnlaw. The only negative I found about the going to the Sahuagin city was that there was a reality to the feeling that there was no turning back once you got there.
