The scariest thing that happened to me was when I was playing late at night (like 12-1am) and I went to sleep in the game, but I was awoken to a message telling me "You have awoken and have the strange feeling that someone is watching you from nearby" and I was just like uh...? ok there...So I went to look around but as soon as I moved a corprus stalker came out behind me and made a grunting noise. I didn't know what it was so I pulled out my trusty self-enchanted Daedric Katana, turned around (I had first person view on, so everything was much bigger) and I saw it running...uh sorry limping towards me. I was just like ahh! what the heck is that! It wouldn't be scary normally I don't think but I was caught at the right time from that, and I wasn't expecting it, I mean come on I was in the Commona Tong HQ in the Vivec Arena. What is a corprus stalker doing there!?! Even better question how'd it get in, it's in a hidden, locked, secret trap door in the locked vaults of Vivec Arena...

The funniest thing ever happened to me was when I was walking around the first floor of my home (Hlaalo Manor teehee) when all of a sudden I fell through the floor, and landed on the top floor. (third) Weird part is I was using the GOTY edition, you would think the bugs would be gone.

I have no best moment...The whole game is just so good, but if I had to pick, ***WARNING*** (This might be considered a spoiler) is in the last level of the Tribunal main quest, when you walk into the Dome of Sotha Sil. You just see this rotten old mage god, and then you are like ok there, why is he dead? Then you turn around try to walk out and then you are given this big evil speach from Almalexia and then I killed her!!!

Yeah that was cool, by the way nice forum topic :)

Pfft dagoth ur isnt the devil of morrowind, its the cliff racers im telling u

My worst just happened. My new level 1 mage character was going to punabi out by Molag Mar. She was doing all right, having dispatched Snowius Granius with a well placed fireball spell. She got to marandus when all the sudden "SCREEEEEEEEE" and she knew she was doomed. She turned around and the were 7 cliff racers behind her! Needless to say she ran, but died anyway :D

Hmm the coolest thing ever happened to me, got to be when i walked in the woods of Solsteim. I was hunting on Snow bears for some pelt. After looting the two snow bears for pelts i thought it was best heading to Thrisk to clean up and rearange my weapons, items i got hidden in my cabin and on my bench. I turned around in the direction Thrisk laid, but guess what the first thing i saw was two yellow eyes coming out of the dark (i had the bightness pretty low) then i just... wtf? I thought it was a kriekling, but wait their eyes are much nearer ground, so my only guess was that it could be a werewolf and man i was right. The thing surprised me really of guard and I only had a bonemold bow and some steel arrows (unfortunaly no silver arrows).I tried to keep that beast away from me by shooting at it, i did hit that thing but not much dmg there. So my only solutuion was to RunLikeHell towards Thrisk, but man i wassnt fast enough, only a few meters from the door, the beast knocked me down with a tearing-through-flesh and cloth sound, i got up and pressed Space bar to get safely inside Thrisk.
While inside i calmed down and rested for 24 hours, then i bartered some goods at the skaal village not far from Thrisk, then i got up in level i headed back to thirsk sleept for 24 more hours. After wakening up i gathered some melee weapons, rune coins (one is worth 50 gold, not bad and i had 40 of them).I also gathered some health, paralyze potions and clothet myself in my new aquired snow wolf armor ( i was hunting snow bears just for fun not for armor) then i was out doing some quests got hurt again, lost some potions and i got to get my equipment repaired at thirsk (forgot my hammers). So why not i sleeped another 24 hours.THEN i got a weird dream and after the dream i wake d up as a werewolf and i wondered how tha he...? Oh man i wondered. Guess i didnt notice the Sanies Lupinus disease i got 3 days ago. Lol! it was cool, i turned into a werwolf without doing the main quest, nice! And its not often you encounter wild werewolves on solsteim you have a 1/100 chance to encounter one of totally 9 roaming the land as nords with weird names (wandering luniac etc)

The scariest got to be the first time i played morrowind. I walked through a foggy canyon suddenly i turned around to get back to Balmora I saw a weird beast leaping towards me, it was a Nix Hound, i hate those things, lookin like a corssbreed between mosquito, lizard and a dog.

My most freaky moment was when I went into my first Daedric shrine, and took the Diamond. I was thinking happily to myself," Yes i can go sell this stuff and get me some new armor..." When WhaM! Fire ballx10, i ran away with 2% life and got killed by a scamp. :(

Scariest

The moment that pretty much sums up all of the descriptors for me (amusing, scary amazing etc.) Is this glitch; which surprisingly happens quite often...When I get to Vivec, all the cantons suddenly dissappear...the doors to everything just float around in the air and the NPC's (from in and outside of the cantons) swim around...the cantons aren't even just invisible because I can swim and levitate through them...and all the doors work...:speech: when I leave and come back via fast travel everything resets and the cantons are back and the NPC' suddenly aren't swimming they're where they're supposed to be. So this is scariest because the first time it happened I was like WOW  and its amazing because every time it happens (again, quite often) I'm just like omg omg omg  and obviously its amusing because Vivec dissappearing is just ridiculous.

this is really fuuny

I was board and I did not fell like fighting anyone so I was just walking around Vivec. I was leaning back in my computer chair, and I did not relize the sound on my head phones was all the way up. suddenly I hear "under sun and sky we greet you warmly outlander" I feel backwards in my chair and hit my head on a table. After I got some ice for my head I came back and killed him.:mischief: I still have a lump on my head.

Funniest Parts of the Game:

1. As many others have mentioned, the guy falling out of the sky is classic. :D

2. Then, I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I approached the 'naked' Nord in Tribunal standing over in the corner. "So, you think all naked Nords have been bewitched by a witch, huh? Well, some of us just like standing around naked." (Or something to that affect. ;) ) It was hilarious!

(I'll have to come back and edit this for the scariest parts for me because I'll have to rack my brain for the best one/s.)

New funniest moment happened to me yesterday.

I was wandering, not feeling much like doing any, just walking round scouting around. Suddenly something went bad, and I do mean bad. My guy gained some effect on him of that crazy high jumo you get from the Scrolls of Icarian Flight and he shot straight up into the air. No clue why, but I left it running and he still hasn't hit the ground, and its been...26 hours lol.

Entered orbit? Sounds like the sort of thing Bethesda would do...

It's quite funny when you go up to a dunmer and they say 'Go ahead outlander, it's so good to meet you'. Then you speak to them, and they say things like 'I don't speak to outlanders...'.

Satisfying - running along the top of Ghostgate... and letting about 20 cliff racers follow me in a crowd - then shoot a huge fireball at them. Vvardenfell needs a CR cull...

My best and probobly most scary time was when i went in one of those wierd worship places with statues in it for the first time (thats right the first) anyways i killed everyone in it no sweat went to the statue saw 5 emeralds couldnt resist the temptation of being a little bit richer and i was so stupid i took all of them at once heard the daedra warrior cry turned around and nontheless 5 of them... i ran for it jumping the stairs and out the door.

I was so stupid i decided to go back in there and kill them all... did it looted them went back up to the statue thaught no harm could come of taking 3 plates so i took them and 2 more daedra warrior guys and on low health died

So theres my story of scary and also best time

Sorry for bad grammar

the funniest thing that happend to me is i went to plegaid and taunted every guard and person and got a whole bunch of animals to attack me,and as i got trapped in a corner,i got out this spell i had made called dragons gunfire (fire dammage 100-100 for 10 seconds for 50 ft) and shot it at this guard and i dunno if the game glitched or something but that guard was still standing but everything else just fell over and died,

Here I am in the Indoranyon stronghold with the note on the door, apparantly there is some kind of enchantment on the place...Behold, here lives the master trainer of enchantment at the end. The guy (Qorwynn) tries to kill me every time I start to talk to him. So I cast calm humanoid spell on him and get him to train me one level. If I try to talk to him again right after the training, he will want to kill me again! I think it's hilarious! Then I just calm him again while saying, "I want more enchanted power!" SHAZAM up to level 100!

Moments...

Scariest: Tarhiel(It is classic!) He started yelling, and I'm doing the 180 degree mouse turn trying to find my attacker, and my friend is across the room on his computer laughing at me because it had happened to him before.

Funniest: I ran into a Frost Atronach on the road left of Dwemer Cube location(haven't run into one there since), and I first realized:
Frost Atronach's are resistant to Normal Weapons, Guards have Normal Weapons, so I let this Atronach chase me into Fort Moonmoth. I watch him kill those guards, and lead him into Balmora(where I spent two hours trying to get him between the buildings), and watched him kill Hlaalu guards. I made a fortune off that Frost Atronach. hehe

Best Moment: The first time I killed Umber. I walked up to him level 20 thinking I was invincible and got my head handed to me. Came back and levitated above him and smoked him with fireballs. I looted his body and truly found myself awed at that weapon. (Why do you need 120 seconds to Soultrap? I enchant mine with 2 sec Soultrap and Sanctuary).

So there I was, level 50 something, and pretty much a god. I had thousands of gold, all the best items (and best looking for that matter), had pretty much beaten the game, and was feeling pretty full of myself. I had recently discovered alchemy, and so with my willpower and intellect of roughly 2 billion for 12 years, i made a spell. Not just any spell, but the spell to end all spells. All of the damages were set on max area, power, and range. It had it all.

Wheretofore did i plan on unleashing my divine powers? Why on the temple of the High Ordinators of course! (this being before that goddess chick died). SO, I walk my shining hiney into the room, levitated to the top, and let one rip.

I died in roughly .2 seconds.

They have reflect.

I felt pretty silly.

It was great.
