No, I don't have any dark secrets. Unless you're a secret service agent or something, I think the very idea of keeping secrets is stupid :D
Can you tell me why do you think it is stupid? Seems you dont want to talk about it. I thinkyou have a secret and you're lying to us. :D

No, I don't have any dark secrets.
Seems like CE is in denial... Don't tell her! Let's keep it a secret, okay? She'll eventually find out by herself...

heres your dark secret

You guys want a real dark secret well here it goes. When I was a kid with my friends we built many a forts in many areas. One of our biggest problem was people comming and taking them due to either bieng on private property or because we stole the lumber from construction places or simply because we can build three storie forts in trees. Anyways on our final fort which we named camaflouge lodge (previous names of other forts include the boom box/the hot box/the bunker/hells handbasket), we decided to up the "Security" of the suroundings. So through the use of sick and disturbing booby traps we actually manage to get someone. It was a construction worker like the one in the past who fell in one of our holes and kinda screwed his leg up permanently. So yeah thats my secret, some guy lost feeling in one of his legs because of our traps. That was to long ago and according to the local paper that what happen to him. So there folks an actual dirty did, done dirt cheap that resulted in physical harm of another in a permanent fashion..... Oh and I once (well more then once) gave my ex girlfriend anal sex!... Dark dirty secrets!!!!

The details

Ok I wont corrupt these kiddies. Besides if there on the net, chances are they already hit: http://www.sicksexualactsforchildrentolookatandtoformanearlynonrealisticideaofsexatanearlyage.com
As for booby trap details here we go. Most were string based like like trip wire and release wires that set off upper traps. Trip wires were designed so those who fell would land in broken glass or whatever we can get thats sharp and cheap. We also rigged some rocks to drop over head if you disrupted a trigger when you stepped on it. In all honesty though I dont think anyone got trapped in those ones, im surprised we didnt fall in our traps in our drunken half baked forest parties. The one trap that did get one person was a 5 foot hole dug large enough to have someone fall in, we added the glass in the bottom and coverd the holes walls with sharp rocks, coverd the hole very well. According to the paper some construction people were taking down our fort and one of them fell in and actually really hurt himself. I dunno how he must have fallen to get hurt that bad but oh well whats done is done.
Oh we also had other types of traps that didnt hurt so much as it would dirty the individual. like plastic sheets that were covered in oil, we know those worked since we seen a couple body prints in the oil. (this was mainly at night to make someone slip since its invisible at nights, granted there is no snow) well thats that, I know we had more but I forget, often the traps reflected our fort and locations.

Another confession

This one is by far the funniest yet a lil disturbing in the same time. First I will clearly state that I was 14 (1992) when I did this so legaly it was wrong but in the same time it wasnt really moraly wrong, but it would be if I did it today.
About 12 years ago when internet first came out I was lucky enough to get a cpu with my own connection and everything, add mIRC to the mix and I got addicted (in fact my first experience happend at 15 because of the net). Anywayz so im looking at porn one day in my room when im thinking to myself, man these women look old, like late 20's or thirtys, keeping in mind now that im in my mid twenties(oddly enough im now trying to bag some 50 year olds). So what do I do, I go looking for more porn and belive it or not I actually found my age porn. Looking back I think its jokes how loose internet security was considering I was a non experienced user of the net that found endless sources of illegal crap. Its now beeen like 10 years since I even used mIRC so I dunno if its still as bad if at all.
So theres my confesion, at the age of 14 I was looking at others my own age doing illegal activities, then again a year later I was making my own illegal pictures.... You know now that I think about it I remember looking at porn consistently since I was like 6, I bought my first (and only) porn mag at age 15, heck at age 18 I worked at a porn store lol. Its a good thing I got no shame and lots of confidence or else I would have turned out to be some depraved sex maniac, instead of a well fed sex maniac!

Venom, please keep the Forum Rules.

Nice armchair moderating, there...

In all seriousness though, I'm not sure Venom's post is a violation of rule #3. Profanity is defined by the filter. Since words like sex, porn and whatnot aren't a part of it I can only assume Buck doesn't mind them being used on the forums. But then again the decision is up to SYMs resident moderators, not up to you or me.

Regardless, unless a post is blatantly violating forum rules it's probably better to just hit the report button than attempting to armchair moderate. SYMs mods are experienced and I don't really think they need coaching from the user base.

Use the report button if you want to alert them to a reply you think might be breaking the rules. That would consist of assisting them. Saying a post is breaking the rules after the post has been posted is not.

Think about it logically: if they're reading the thread and your reply is below the offending one, by the time they've read yours they would have already read the offending reply. Thus you are of no help at all and are merely annoying. Leave moderating to moderators - especially in ambigous cases such as this one.

ok logicly if we can take care of a problem before the mods can, then we have solved a problem that would have taken then time to work on. granted its not hard to ban someone or to remove a post. then that shows we can fix things our selves and do not require babysitting. and im all for not having someone look over my shoulder all the time.

You can't edit or remove posts, so you can't take care of the problem. Saying "YOU BROKE A FORUM RULE!" is not taking care of the problem. If the post is indeed problematinc, solving the problem would be editing/deliting the post and only a mod can do that. :)
