This is hilarious! I feel like the slowest kid in class. Like I'm going "Duh, what's this 2 + 2 stuff?" :D
I have to say I'm not looking forward to do what you guys're doing now, especially since math & computer science is faaaar away from both my fields of interest and expertise... Still, I'm not gonna quit yet.

However, I'm still working on #7. I have tried all kinds of combinations of chocolate words and electronic manufacturing words... (Tieman corporation... :p ) ....But nothing...

HELP!
Is that the Twix level? Try to search for the history (name) of twix, and look at the sdrawkcab part! Maybe you'll then understand 1+1=2 ;)

I'm still stuckin level 16 and need some help. Ik had discovered that the "invert" hint was something which had to do with the alfabet. So I wrote the alfabet down and wrote the reverst version under the normal one. That way the letters correspond to another letter. There are some strange words in the sourcecodes.
Like vziob/hlnv/svok and in the name of the page mznvh
These words correspond to other words:
vziob/hlnv/svok=early/some/help
and mznvh=names
The first three words are old usernames from previous levels. Only now I need to do something with the words I have... but what??

early/some/help

username of 6 is help.
On the overview thing, image 6 has a '3#', which would be the third of early/some/help.

So, remarkably, it's the same. déjà vu?

Still, no idea what to do with the other numbers. 5???

Another possible clue is still open:
<p style="font-size:11px;font-weight:bold;text-align:center"><font face="Arial"><font size="2"><strong>
</strong></font></font></body>
</body>
Usually, the maker isn't that sloppy to keep this kind of rubbish in, and why does he end the body twice?
Also, he doesn't end the 'p', while he usually does that:
<p align="center" style="font-size:15px"> </p>
so instead of </p> it says </body>... strange.

Poep, 16 sucked!!

I'm finally through though.

'# = vziob/hlnv/svok' means '# = use atbash'...

The numbers refer to letters of the usernames. For instance, level/image 4 says 2#: 2 is the second letter of the username (early). # = use atbash. a --> z
level/image 5 says 2: second letter of username (some). no #.

zo.. ......

Yes, if you don't even know how to change a url, this is the second best thing to do.

The best thing is to:
Find the point of highest altitude within your neighborhood, and climb to it on the second Saturday of the month. Bring whipped cream, a rubber chicken, water, something to make a fire with and a pot.
Build a fire, boil the water, and throw the rubber chicken in the pot of boiling water, while shedding all clothes, covering yourself in whipped cream and start dancing around the fire singing N*Sync songs. Britney Spears, 98 degreez, et al will work just as well. Doing so may lead to you getting smitten by a blunt object. Continue anyway.
After 30 minutes to an hour, the police will come to arrest you; when this happens, let out a high-pitched shriek and start running around town. They will eventually catch you, and put you in a cell with a guy named Bob. He inform you he's doing time for abusing a corpse, and then force you to play a game called 'scrotal damage'.
At this point, the riddle is still not solved, but you'll have much bigger problems on your hands than solving a riddle on the internet.

Tell me if this works out for you.
