Here goes
Name: Turnpike
Race: Goblin
Class: Rogue
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral/Tending toward evil. (for neutral, read undecided/uneducated)
Stats:
Strength - 10
Dexterity - 14
Constitution - 11
Intelligence - 3
Charisma - 16
Wisdom - 11
Cheating - 18
Equipment:
Lumpins Lumper of Lumping: The club of an ancient goblin war hero, "Lumpins Lumper" gives an 25 % chance of an opponent being stunned for one round/turn. If an opponent is stunned than Turnpike will automatically hit them next turn automatically.
Shiny Baubles Of Reflection Give a 50% chance of all magic being reflected back on the caster
G-String of Gribblyness This hideously revealing garment gives the goblin the either: the ability to conjure up an illusion of a huge horde of goblins, leaving the enemy unknowing of which to attack or the ability to somehow dodge any attack, matrix stylee. Due to the crudeness of the item, the outcome, and length of effect is random.
Sidekick:
Shadows: The shadows wont cast spells: Their effect is different. They'll poke, and shout, and cry at the judges, and the judges will not notice the cheats your player use in combat. Effective if you have a high or a low cheating score.
Skeat An astoundingly effective Shadow: Also has the ability to draw judges attention to other plaers cheats
Items:
Magrus (TM) Vodka with Gummy Bears: Makes your character ethereal (means you can not be hit by spells for a while)
Insta Chicken Tandoori (Fable's Choice): Gives your character the Sandals of Invulnerability. Perhaps the most powerfull potion, grants invulnerability without side effects. Short duration.
Aegis' sturgeon of power mead: Give the wielder a flurry of blows ability, ending in a 50% chance of critical hit on the last blow.
Moves:
Slide: Turnpike feints a charge at the opponent, but at the last minute, slides between the opponents legs, His pointy hat spiking the opponents manhood area. 1/2 opp. attacks for one turn.
Ankle Bite Turnpike lands a ferocious bite on his opponents ankles. 1/2 opp attacks for one turn.
To be continued.....

So, I would like to be a judge, Luis.
I have no experience with D&D, BG, Icewind Dale, PS:T or even KOTOR. (However I do have
some experience with
some rpg-style characterbuilding rpg, but I've never gotten addicted to one.)
This should give me an edge because I will be able to view the actions/moves/tactics more objectively. I know aesthetics when I see some.
That must be convincing enough. Am I a judge now?

ik, post the character sheet of your judge. Judges also play into the tournament - thats why we need 3 of them, a judge will never be judge of his own fight.

Am I the only one who seems to be confident enough to not need items?
This should be a fun tourament. Good thing I have a flare for the dramatic planning.

I don't need items, with the fact that I think my char is already over powered as it is, imho

Darth, I guess he means no weapons too. His character will fight barehandedly. And you're using an axe, that is
BTW, Darth, have you checked out the older FW thread? Take a look there, you told us you're not a BG player nor anything. The older FW is different but that will give you an enormous advantage regarding the rules of the game.

That's what I love about having been the only one to partake in bother the SYM World Cup event, as well as the first Wrestling tourny. As I recall, I placed second in the world cup, and I believe the last wrestling tourny ended in a draw (on account of a key person no longer being able to post

).
Though, given the amount of magic items flowing around, I might bring in some things to give me a little bit of an edge... Oh, I know... *insert devilish grin*
This one is going straight to you, Luis.

I was also in the first fw tournament, though I think my char was beaten in the first round.

I'll try to bring in some more fights. We have more players, and we will have (so I expect) mutiple combats - even two players fighting against one, and mirror matches if posible.
The last FW was under used IMO - in this one I'll try to get more support and add the judges, who will decide the destiny of the fighters. Also, there is the Jester, or the Avacalhator, who's gonna mess up strategies and fight the tournament too.
CM told me that he'd be the Jester, but that wanker hasnt dropped his character sheet.

The subscribed fighters are being advised to review their character sheets. The tournament begins saturday, at noon (gmt).
Please advise the ones who are interested, and PM your friends, we have still some players missing.

Well, the champion must open the tournament. So Aegis versus a challenger... I'm still to decide who will be.
Anyone wants to try?

This secretive, twisted scientist is motivated by egotism. He employs cybernetics in his plans, usually improving his own body with technology to achieve his goals. He is living on borrowed time.
Name: Ikarus of Athens
Age: 25
Class: Mad scientist
Alignment: Chaotic evil
Strength: 6
Dexterity: 13
Constitution: 8
Inteligence: 17
Charisma: 7
Wisdom: 16
Cheating: 16
Equipment: Robot arms and legs made of strong alloys for superhuman performance and as armour covering his back, legs and arms.
"Side-kicks": A backup robotic suit with wings and a 50% chance of malfunction.
Moves: Ikarus (usually) can't use the arms and legs at the same time.
-Punchmode: Strength + 8, Dexterity -8 Punch like crazy
-Walkmode: Constitution + 6, Dexterity -6 Walk/Run like crazy
-Defencemode: The robotic arms and legs will completely hide Ikarus away within the safety of the tough metal, rendering him invulnerable to punching and projectiles, but also completely motionless.
-Dancemode: Music from the 80's & 90's and a crystal ball complete with colorful lights works wonders! The arms and legs suddenly can move simultaniously and it it's a really amazing sight. Strength -3, Constitution -5, Intelligence -3, Wisdom -8, Dexterity +5, Charisma +5. Opponent has a 10% chance of paralyzation and a 10% chance of passing out for a while.
So... Basically it's a smart guy in a clumsy, slow, powerful robot.

although i might have a chance i'd also like sit the first fight out.. and tingle aint the champ the match ended in a draw
i did participate in the world cup but at that time i didn't realize that creativity/intelligence goes over strength and uber power.. i got disqualified in my first match..
