Sounds cheesey. So anyway. Everyone knows both pirates and ninjas really whip the llama's rear end, but which one is cooler?
Especially about a subject as silly as pirates and ninja's. :D
Who ever came up with that equasion?
I think it was in an old "Nodwick" a long time ago... ;) ...my brother once e-mailed it to me, I'll see if I can find the link...

Gar. My vote be with pirate, ye scallawag, fer pirates get the booty. ;)
I sincerely wish we could re-consider this plan from a perspective that involved pants.
I thought DA was crap, except of course the scenes with Jessica Alba :D
Which is why I have every episode, there are very, very few scenes without her in them. :p

Ninja's are better than pirates. They got way cooler outfits. Who likes puffy shirts and a hook-hand? You can't get chicks with a hook-hand!

Ninjas over Pirates any day! I would rather have stealth and deadly moves than an eye patched stinky pirate  . And we get these little nija stars that silently go "woosh" in the air. And we can fly, as to where pirates have to sail.
I decend from grace in arms of undertow...
Talk about a misconception! Rum was a purely Caribbean thing, and even there, came late to the pirate game (We're talking colonial times here, the 1700's), and grog, well grog is something completly made up, I'm afraid. All known pirates used beer for a couple reasons: One, it was cheaper than both alternatives of Ale, or wine, and two, it had a greater shelf life and travel capacity than most other forms of drink.

I shall not be party to historically incorrect pirates! Yarr!
I must point out that prior to the Great Cataclysm of Port Royal in 1692, pirates of the Caribbean region were know to drink rum mixed with gunpowder in the belief that it enhanced their verility. I do believe this is what was referred to as "grog".

As for the poll...my personality is not conducive to the life of a pirate, therefore, I must go with the ninja.

I pick ninja.

I choose ninja mainly because I study the art of Ninjitsu. It's not like I'm planning on becoming a ninja litterally, but it's fun to learn how they faught(sp), so I too may use their art of fighting against bullies everywhere

And why not? If there can be a Black Beard and a Yellow Beard, why not a Blue Beard?

Ok, I'm moving this thread backt to d&d :D

Anyway, I always 'liked' Bluebeard.
I believe the children story states though that the woman found out that Bluebeard coloured his beard black as it actually was blue. It's a less horroristic story.

In the Domains and Denizens(I think) book that I first saw him in he had all his dead wives on hooks in a secret room in his castle. Creepy.

Ninjas are boring, studious, meditating stuffy dudes. Too much spirituality in the life of a ninja... and the search for "inner peace" .

The life of a pirate? Violence! Booze! Loot! And when shoreleave rolls around  plenty of ladies.

Plus one of the greatest game series ever is about a pirate (Monkey Island :D ).

Avast ye! Where be me chum bucket?
