um.. if i transelate it, it means

What do you use to how(some tool which is flat that you can dig with, but not a shovel) a row, slay a foe, and wring(which means "twist" something, like squeezing a towel so the water comes out) a woe(which means some kinda depression or intense mornfullness...)
